Didn't get my order correct
Didn't get my order correct, promised a refund and then tried to go back on it had to threaten to get PayPal involved as they lied about a refund even though I had it in writing. Crap company

Hi Ravinder. Thank you for taking the time out to leave us a review. You ordered 1 box of padded envelopes from us which should contain 100 envelopes, it is my understanding you have counted 98 envelopes and realised there was 2 missing out of the box. You raised this as a case on PayPal as ‘Item wasn’t as described’. We refunded the full order and also posted out some padded envelopes to you to make up for the shortfall. We have since received notification from PayPal, to advise that they have supported the ‘Item wasn’t as described’ case in our favour. If you are unhappy with this outcome, can I suggest this is something you take up with PayPal as the matter is out of our hands.
First Order (not the Star Wars one)

Jane/Jayne on the phone was really helpful as i got a bit confused with something (which I now know iIused the wrong email address setting up my account. Her phone manner was top notch.
I will return.

Top class customer service
The customer service at Forms Plus is outstanding! We would use them more regularly if they had a bigger choice of boxes but prices are really good and delivery is fast.

Quality goods and great service.
Early days but so far very pleased.
After the quality of our company's usual supplier of book wrap went downhill, I shopped around for samples and not only were Forms Plus the fastest to respond and send theirs out, they also came out top re quality, the price too was very reasonable compared to some other companies.

Hi Mark, I am sorry to read that the boxes have arrived in a poor condition, we send out 100's of boxes weekly and haven't had other complaints, I am confident this is an isolated problem, that being said we will of course raise this with DPD. Please do let us know if any of the products are damaged as a result of this and we will replace them.
