Purchased a red Fendi bag and what an absolutely beautiful bag! The condition exceeded my expectations—the leather is gorgeous, the interior is exceptionally clean, the hardware is shiny, and there’s very minimal wear throughout. It was clearly well cared for. I’m so happy with this purchase!

I also purchased a more vintage Fendi and I’m extremely pleased too. The host identified all call outs (very minor) so there were no surprises when it arrived.

All of the live hosts and moderators are incredible! They thoroughly show you the items you’re interested in to ensure you feel confident in your purchases. Items ship/deliver fast. In my opinion, the items are appropriately priced and align with their amazing condition.

Don’t bother buying from this company as they just put a good show on social media but don’t actually have the purses.
I placed on an order for a Burberry purse on June 6th straight from their website. On June 14th , I emailed asking about shipping because a label was created but never shipped. I was told it would immediately ship but I made the mistake of telling them it wasn’t a worry because I thought they were a true small business trying to make it and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. No one from the company replied to my second email. I re-emailed again on August 5th, asking to go ahead and ship and this is when they informed me that they probably no longer have my purse….about two months after I paid for it. The customer service representative asked if they could refund me in 24 hours if they don’t find it and I state this is the least they can do since they’ve had my money for two months. Instead of replying to my email expressing my frustration, they canceled my order “per my request and my payment has not yet been refunded”. I am filing with my bank a charge back. This business obviously doesn’t know what they are doing.
On a small note, the website states free shipping over $100 but I was charged shipping for a purse over that so they can’t even get this correct.

Have not received my package. Still no tracking details either

First, let’s start with. I haven’t received it yet. It wasn’t a purchase. It was a giveaway on 5/8/26 that was Live and you had to be in the room to win. I was elated to win an LV bag and Rhode Lippies. They were done by the owner himself from his office. I was so excited I told everyone and now they’re all laughing at me that I was scammed. His 365 days of giveaways ended abruptly after that first week of giveaways and two days into the next week. After about two weeks of not hearing from him, I started to reach out to his Customer Service nothing I heard nothing. After about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks I went into his Live Auction to ask the host if he was around because he hadn’t yet sent out the giveaways and I was attacked by the people in the chat. “Hey Lady, if it’s free, what are you so worried about? You’ll get it eventually at that point I didn’t think so. I still don’t know” in the chat they were putting “block her block her” so I waited another week. I went in again and I said “has Will gotten my message yet? The host replied as he laughed, “ Will is on vacation, man Cherie must really want that dust bag she probably won, lol.” I told him don’t ever disrespect me. I have been in this business too long. You don’t know who you’re talking to. It was an LV bag, red patent, leather and Rhode Lippies. He tried to back out of what he said,” oh no anybody would be upset about that I didn’t know it was a bag.” I said, “yes you did. I told you before” after that I got a message that my package was getting ready to be shipped the next day. I wrote back and said I do hope after all of this it comes in a dust bag and it comes in a box and you don’t forget the Rhode. Since then, I’ve sent two emails asking for the tracking number and if it has been sent, and I have heard nothing back from them. So if that’s how they handle their customers because I was looking for the wallet that matched to buy from them there is no way in now and everyone who knows about those giveaways knows what happened not just to me, but it had to have happened to everyone else that was in the room. If I could get them zero stars, I would.

Great company. Love watching their auctions and their live shows. They always have great products at fantastic prices.

I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of bags from Foreign Objects during their lives on Whatnot. However, the last two bags I have purchased take 4+ weeks to ship; one was from Tiktok and one from the website, which was never shipped and I have to be the one to follow up on missing packages. My assumption is that the bag was sold elsewhere because it was such a deal they realized they could make more money elsewhere. They grew way too fast and dont have the right controls in place. The fact this happened two times in a row, I will not buy from again. I adore Will but business practices absolutely need to be tightened up.

Sold me a bag from TikTok live and I asked if it had a smell and Cynthia said it did not. The bag came and it def smells like a moldy basement. I thought I’d be able to clean it and the smell will not come out. $500 waste of money. I should have tried to send it back but the too late now. By beware, they lie to make a sell.
