Terrible technical support. App doesn't work, constant errors that the technical team is not able to fix. You continuously hear we will get back to you in 24 hours and 1 week later, the problem is still unsolved (and they dont offer alternatives nor compensation).
We are now going on a trip and wont be able to use our credits because the app doesnt work.

The help was great- I still don't understand how the ' activate ' button on my new plan could be covered from the lower overview bar in a way I couldn't press it for activation. The whatsapp support helped me, hope after re-installing the app this will not be necessary again.

When I started using Flexiroam 2 years ago it was fine. Connection issues quickly solved by human support who seemed relatively competent.
THIS IS NOT THE CASE ANYMORE
Don’t bother buying their in-flight plans they do not work and customer support seemed totally incompetent and did not even understand how their own product works. Wasted two hours of my life texting with them.
THEIR OFFERING AND SERVICE ARE BORDERLINE FRAUDULENT
Anything goes wrong, they will only refund wallet credits, not the money. Their app is slow and buggy. When you’re trying to buy a plan, note that the default payment method is “card”. Even if you switch this to “wallet”, add any step in between, it will go back to card. Also you cannot combine paying by card and wallet credits, only one method per transaction. Topping up your wallet starts only at 20$. So if u wanna buy a plan for e.g. 13$ and you have 10$ in wallet credits, you need to either pay by card or top up 20$.
The pricing of their plans is also completely ridiculous. For country plans they offer only short periods of time and vast amounts of data no reasonable person would need. For regional plans across an entire continent they offer long periods with only tiny data packs. Very high pricing compared to competitors for all plans.
Don’t be deceived by the name. Flexiroam is not flexible at all. I will never come back.

I used the FlexiRoam customer service and talked online with Jess. They provide excellent help and prompt reply to me, on how to transfer eSIM from my old phone to new one.
I strongly recommend FlexiRoam to everyone.

Does not work properly in Sri Lanka. Do not be fooled by claims that you can choose Telco provider. You are stuck with Hutch. Was unable to manually change provider as it even refused to connect to Dialog or Mobitel even in the Colombo CBD. Hutch LTE would not load Flexiroam Android app, gmail, etc so you will be chained to your hotel's Wi-Fi. Took 5 minutes to load the Train app timetable in Colombo. Deny, obfuscate and deflect is the modus operandi when attempting to get any support.
The response below from Flexiroam to this review was about as good as the support got. I had to reinstall and reconfigure the eSIM three times, no difference. Want screenshots of everything and links to Google locations etc. Wasted hours providing whilst in the hotel as Hutch LTE would not connect to the Flexiroam Android app. Over 80 interactions via they support chat no improvement. They just deflected until we left Sri Lanka. The moment I got to Singapore, everything worked as it should, but they are in denial about the lack of provider choice they advertise for Sri Lanka and how crap Hutch coverage and speeds are.

Today I switched on my FlexiRoam data package, but didn’t work. I get in contact with administrators by chat and got fast feedback and afterwards the eSIM was working with high speed. I can absolutely recommend FlexiRoam.
