My recent endeavor try Fidelcrest left me profoundly disheartened.
Despite the absence of explicit limitations on copy trading in their terms, my funding request was unexpectedly rejected.Even after receiving encouragement from staff on the website chat to engage in copy trading and provided they were my accounts my trades, my funding request was unexpectedly rejected.
Despite providing evidence that my trading activities were confined to duplicating trades within my personal accounts to streamline management, Fidelcrest remained adamant in their decision. This lack of flexibility and communication is disheartening and raises doubts about their commitment to fair and transparent dealings.

Furthermore, recent actions by Fidelcrest, such as widening spreads to an unreasonable 15 pips without major red news, only serve to amplify suspicions of questionable practices. This incident reinforces my belief that Fidelcrest may not be operating with the integrity and transparency expected of a reputable trading platform.

My experience serves as a cautionary tale for others considering Fidelcrest's services. Until they address these issues and demonstrate a genuine commitment to transparency and fair treatment of clients, it's best to steer clear of their platform.

I hit over 100k in funding with them but they DELAY every step of the process.

--> Phase 1 Review takes +2 weeks ALL THE TIME
--> Phase 2 Review takes +3 weeks ALL THE TIME
--> Payout Review takes +3 weeks ALL THE TIME

Don't waste your time and energy.

I purchased 60k challenge with double up capital add on with fidelcrest ltd.
Since i passed both phases the phse 2 account is still in review from 7th march.
I dont know if it will ever be reviewed.
Or if i get the live account. When i went to support they re telling me that fidelcrest is not giving accounts to Pakistan Iran Usa and somali.
Just a BS reason to rob your money.
I have launched complain still in waiting but reading all these reviews i will never ever recommend this prop firm. Nor i will open more accounts with them. If i recieve live account and recieve profit payout only than i ll be sure but until then they are ridiculous.

I have a 60K account, and on March 12th, I had an open trade that was on profit. At news time, the price hit my TP, and the trade closed with good profit, but I understand that Fidelcrest failed my account because of news trading.
First of all, this is not news trading because the trade was open about three hours before the news. Also, based on the 3.2.2 rule in the company TOS document, the trader is allowed to have a trade on news time if he/she sets both the TP and SL for trades.
there wasn't any mistake but they terminated my account and nobody answered me
I sent an email to support, and five days passed, but there was no answer. When I asked online support why nobody answered my ticket, they closed chat!!

This company is a total scam. Stay away from that. I have bought an account , it was in profit ,they decided to stop working with us, and we requested refumnd. They made excusess and said news tradeing was not allowd but i have proof that they are lying.

I used to like this prop firm, but with their new targets going up from 10% to 14% and their drawdown going from 10% max to 4% max and daily from 5% to 2%, it just makes thing a whole lot worse.

The worst of the worst they are scammers they close my account for no reason i hve captured everything i payed 1500 for nothing don’t waste your time with them and the customer service even worse

Great trading company. Always on hand to answer any questions and help whenever they can. One of the team, Juan, dealt with my questions quickly and sorted out my agreement in no time!

They closed my challenge account without violating any rules and they are not willing to refund me

Juan has been a great help to me lately, from swiftly answering all my questions to assisting me with any issues i might have concerning my trading account or payout delays. Keep on with your dedicated attitude man!

Terrible support. I raised a dispute in Dec 2023, Now Mar 2024. I lost my account when price spiked 1580 points, yet my stop loss on chart was not reached according to the candle wicks, some 200 points short. As a result I failed the challenge. On several and regular occasions I have called them each time I get fobbed off, "Someone from the technical department will look into this and call you back."

Juan was a big help for me when I was struggling with my accounts , he took time and explained all the informations :)

i really appreciate how fidelcrest help you so quickly when you need it, and i thank specially Juan for helping me.

Passed 250k phase 1 in mid February, still waiting, in their website they say something like "Accounts to be reviewed in 1-5 business days", apparently it takes them more than 5 days to review accounts, at this point either they change this statement or either they send us an email where they apologize for the waiting and give us updates regarding the review process.
