Pitiful coverage

When they were Go Pet Plan, this was an awesome, reliable, consistent insurance company. After they were bought out and became Fetch, it has been a terrible experience. The coverage and customer service are terrible, the deductibles go up and copay goes down every year, and barely anything is covered anymore. I recently had an emergency, life and death, nearly $1000 vet bill for my cat. Guess how much I got back from Fetch? Less than $30 total. If you really want per insurance go to Costco or Trupanion

The customer support is amazing

The customer support is amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic. Amazing Service is hard to find nowadays, but Fetch has it. Completely happy with my Policy.

Informative, Knowledable and Pleasant

I really enjoyed speaking with my representative,
Nadine Van Ness. She was informative, professional, upbeat, and pleasant to speak with. I already had Fetch Pet insurance for one of my dogs and was interested in getting information about adding another pet for my new quote. I now have insurance for both of my pets. Nadine did a great job! Give her a raise!

Are you kidding me?

Are you kidding me?
Aileen and Andrew were like great.
Very professional, polite and informative.
They added 2 other Fur-balls to the account and went over step by step and advised what plans wer good for the dogs.
They were the kind of people you would invite over, have a beer and have a great conversation.
Great company representatives.

Definitely recommend

Fetch insurance was very quick with the turn around on my claims, and very reasonable on our plans for our babies. Would recommend Fetch insurance to others who are looking to get coverage for there fur babies.

Very dishonest

Very dishonest. Recieved an email to update my payment method, when i did i was charged $716 for 3 months (absolutely rediculous, at 71 years old its like a second mortgage). I called immediately, but they said you can only make a change in February and if i cancel now its $250 charge for the month. They said if i dispute this charge with my credit card it could take 8 weeks then I would be charged $500 for two months.
Its bad enough they are forcing me to go without insurance, a $716 premium every 3 months is outrageous, they are gleefully stealing my money. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Don't use this service if you love your pet

I filed a claim when my cat was sick. Vomiting was a symptom. Since she vomited once in her life before, they wouldn't cover her emergency visit. I wasn't given a diagnosis by my vet or the emergency vet, but fetch pet made one for her and denied the claim. Do not use this service if you can just pay out of pocket. Especially, because they only reimburse you. Fetch Pet family my behind.

While we were unable to cover this specific condition at this time due to the previous history of vomiting, we do offer a path to coverage for certain conditions. If a pet goes a full year (365 days) without showing any signs or symptoms related to a previous issue, we can often look at covering it as a new condition moving forward.
