Very disappointed with this company

Very disappointed with this company. I’ve been with them for 6 years and now they charge 185.00 a month and deductible of 750.00 and only 60% back when it used to be 80%. Go with a Canadian company this one is shit now. Don’t waste your time. It’s a run around and not worth the insurance anymore. I can’t change because of pre-existing health and it’s so shitty. Don’t do it. I started with paying 70$ a month now it 185.00 a month. Horrible and they make the choice they keep what they want to. If I can save another family money I will. Not worth it anymore. Years back it was fine not anymore.

Samantha was wonderful!!!

Samantha was super knowledgeable and friendly! She made sure my questions were answered and that my claim was being handled the way it should be. She made sure I didn’t feel rushed with all my questions since this is our first claim. Thank you Samantha, you were a breath of fresh air to work with. I really appreciate you!

Shout out to Amanda Mello

Shout out to Amanda Mello! Great costumer service.
I had many question that kept popping up as we spoke and she was nothing short of increible, and thorough with her answers. In a world where having bad costumer services has become the new normal it felt great to have a nice experience. Thank you!

I recently had an emergency with my Belgian Malinois that eventually landed us at a Dental Specialist. The situation in itself was stressful and financially the cost of the surgery was an added stress. I paid for the surgery knowing that I had purchased insurance but was skeptical as most insurance companies find ways to avoid claims. I was so amazed that Fetch processed my claim without any hassle. I will continue to use Fetch for any future pets as this was such a simple process.

MONEY HUNGRY PET INSURANCE

I wouldn't even give this 1. I am absolutely appalled by this company’s predatory pricing and complete lack of empathy. My dog's premium just increased by almost $3,000, which is a staggering, unjustifiable jump. This is the second time they have done this to me. I already had to cancel the policy for my first pet because of their massive rate increases, and now I am being forced to cancel my second dog’s policy for the exact same reason. This pet insurance is absolute trash, and all they care about is money. When I called customer service to figure out how a $3,000 jump was even possible, the representative essentially admitted to a punishment system. I was told the increase was because my dog had been to the vet frequently, and they needed to raise the rates on their end to cover "future increases." Isn't the entire point of paying for pet insurance to have a safety net when your pet actually needs medical care? They are happy to take your monthly premiums when your pet is healthy, but the moment you actually utilize the policy you’ve been paying for, they will price you out of your plan to protect their own bottom line. I would never recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I would recommend literally any other provider besides them. Save your money, protect your pets, and avoid this company at all costs. Hopefully, warning others about how they treat repeat customers will make people think twice before signing up with them!
