Very average experience
We have booked through the website and finaly got all our tickets in Athens (was not confirmed like this). Most ships have been changed and the seats we requested did not exist, all boats were free sitting : we certainly have paid far too much. Sea Jets was always late 30 mn. On all Sea Jets boats the video were not working properly, there is an obvious lack of maintenance on this company. From Santorini back to Athens flights on OA were cheaper than the boat, luckyly I saw it before.

We would kindly like to clarify that in the booking confirmation that we sent to you, apart from giving you the address of the office on Serifos where you could pick up the tickets we also gave you web check-in instructions so that you could avoid passing by any central office of Seajets to pick up the tickets. They were able to give to you the tickets at the Seajets port office because this can be done in any central office of the ferry company. Please note though, that we always give instructions both for web check-in and for picking up from the port agency because many passengers prefer different options.
Furthermore we are sorry about the delays you faced with Seajets, We would like to clarify that from our part, we sent you an email notification for both delays as soon as we received the according notification from the ferry company. We have forwarded to them your email in order to check and improve their services.

REALLY BAD
Ferry cancelled, we had to pay so many more things because of that, still don't have any reply from the company... The ferry remplacement was bad itself, bad seats, bad food, unpleasant journey and bad customer service !
That is surely worth paying nearly 300€ !!! Thanks

Initially, they had informed us on the 21th of April, the same day of your trip, that you would travel with Cruise Bonaria, two and a half hours later than initially scheduled.
We informed you right away via email and SMS. In the evening, much later than your scheduled departure time, they informed us that your trip had finally gotten cancelled.
On the same date, due to this cancellation, you requested to change your next trip from Rafina to Andros with Golden Star Ferries to a later date and of course we processed your request without charging any amendment fee by exception due to your previously cancelled trip.
As always, we assisted you right away in the most professional manner.
Please note that we are an online travel agency and not the ferry company Grimaldi Euromed S.p.a who cancelled your itinerary, therefore we would kindly ask you to delete this review and place it under the concerned ferry company.

Great work at Greece ferries
everything worked out great. Unfortunately, 2 passages had to be re-booked because the connections were down. Greece Ferries cannot do that. a special lib for Ms. Asya, who always gave very nice support. we had a great trip 😀

Hi, thank you for your review but we are not responsible for the cleanliness and delays of the ferry companies. We sell online tickets for all companies. Could you inform us about the ferry company you used? It would be preferable to add this review under the ferry company page.
Not Respecting COVID-19 Restrictions
On the website, it was stated that ferries were operating at 65% capacity. This was not at all the case. It was crowded with no social distancing and no one going around to ensure that people respected COVID-19 restrictions such as using masks. If I would of know how crowded it would of been I would not of booked. Flying is much safer.

Maybe this review should be added in the company's page. We are a booking platform and not the ferry company.
Ok experience
Two out of 4 ferries were late but other than that comfortable journeys. People were not respecting assigned seats and there wasn’t enough room for social distancing because of that and when boarding the ferry. Other than that modern, clean and price worth transport.

Pleasant trips without any problems
It has been at all very pleasant trips. Online booking engine is the only thing that could be optimized in aspects of information how to get tickets in an online variation and little more seamless experience that online tickets will work. We haven´t been sure if this will work as on different platforms different information has been shown regarding online tickets. A holistic and uniform information and procedure on the different booking platform would be nice. This is important as many people book outside Greece.
But ferries have been on time, no problems and good circumstances. We recommend it without any restriction.
