I purchased some used Fanatec gear. When the items were shipped, the pedals were damaged during shipping. I reached out to see if I could buy the replacement parts I needed. Gaurav ended up sending me the parts free if charge. Was completely ready to make a purchase but didn't need to. The experience was very pleasant and replies were quick.

Great support, the team ended up sending me multiple replacements to finally find out the root cause of my issue. This was also with parts that were theoretically out of warranty.

After a problem with my main PCBA of my load cell. I kindly asked for a replacement which i would buy from them because i bought the pedals second hand and didnt got the original bill from the purchase. So there was no proof that the pedals are still in warranty. However they decided to give me one pcba free of charge inculding the shipping costs as a one time goodwill gesture. Gaurav was very kind and replied on a daily basis so i could get my pedals asap back on track. Im more than happy with the support and customer service!

I had small piece broken on my pedals with my own fault while doing regular mainetence. I asked politley from fanatec that i broke this small piece is there a way to order new piece. They said they dont have that particular part to sell, but send the pedals to us. I sent them the pedals and they fixed the issue. It all took only 1,5 weeks from sending and getting pedals back. I have had really nice experience with fanatec and their customer support. Very friendly and fast reply.

Hi. I have bought DD pro bundle, Gear shifter and Handbrake at Fanatec. And wait for the Load cell kit:) I can not say i bad words about them at all. What a customer company. It is faster to order and ship to my country instead of buying the product in my country. I upgraded from Logitech G29. And have always regretted after I update something. But not this time. This was something else. This was a real good experience for me! Thanks so much Fanatec!
P.S I have bought this true Mars months!

I had a very positive experience with Fanatec regarding the replacement of my base, steering wheel, and all related components. While the process was initially a bit slow, everything improved significantly thanks to Chris Schulze, who helped speed things up and ensured everything was resolved smoothly.
I truly appreciate his support and would like to thank Chris Schulze personally for his efficiency and dedication.

Spent two months back and forth for the return to then be declined. Even though product only worked for little over a week very disappointing customer service experience

I bought for 2000€ product, after some time my pedals had a default problem.
Im not the kind of men who give back the product and write a lot of messages to get the money back or something. I just text them to say that my pedals didn’t work, they ask me to check fiew thing that didn’t work, later they ask me to give them the product number and they directly send me a news motherboard of the product. All this in 2 days. Just to say I’m impressed how they react fast and nicely, and the product itself is really nice they just make a news app and it so good better than Virpil (even if it not the same) so go buy this don’t worry about the quality it’s the best (I tried the original gt3 simulator and the difference is little)

I had a really positive experience with Fanatec’s customer support recently. I needed a replacement PCBA part for my DD Pro, even though the warranty had already expired.
Chris from the support team offered a great solution for my situation. Fanatec/Corsair kindly sent me the replacement part free of charge and also included clear instructions explaining how to replace it myself. Everything was easy to understand and the whole process was smooth.
I really appreciate the friendly and helpful support. It’s great to see a company that stands behind its products and takes care of its customers. Thanks again to Chris and Fanatec/Corsair.

This isn't my first time using Fanatec. My first base was the CSL Elite, which I bought in 2019, and I had a lot of positive emotions at the time.
A couple of years later, I sold it and started playing less.
After some time, I decided to visit the Fanatec website and check out what's new. After looking at a couple of options, I decided to buy the Gran Turismo DD Pro with the ClubSport F1® Esports V2 steering wheel.
I decided to play SnowRunner for the first time and had a lot of positive emotions. The steering wheel works well, provides good feedback, and you feel like you're steering a steering wheel, not plastic.
I haven't played any racing games yet, but after playing SnowRunner, I can definitely say that it will bring a lot of positive emotions.
I would also like to mention one employee at Fanatec named Mario. I had a minor issue with the base, but they quickly fixed it and eliminated the defect. Thank you very much, Mario.
I wish Fanatec all the best.

I’ve waited two weeks already for my order to even be processed. They say there’s an issue with the availability of the product but yet upon purchase it was available. I’ve asked for the product to be changed to a different colour one and they tell me this isn’t possible.
For the number 1 leading company in the world this is extremely poor service, especially when they’ve already taken my money and the only solution really offered was to cancel my order to just wait another two weeks.
Update 12/03/26 19:48pm GMT.
End result being I had to cancel/refund part of my order and re-order the cancelled/refunded item.
Would be nice for Fanatec to actually access my email interaction with them and maybe listen to the points I made and to possibly make an improvement on their flaws as a company when it comes to us the community/customers.
Honestly it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company and to only be offered a 10% voucher off my next order was honestly not on and was a massive slap in the face especially after the experience I had with them.
Lastly to mention that if this was simply dealt with on day one instead one email response from Fanatec a day then it would have been done and sorted on day one instead of day 3/4.

Fanatic made run some tests at home and do some parts assembly to see if I could fix the issue myself - which took a few weeks. Once they realized this was truly a faulty hardware issue they sent me a new base. I think that’s fair even though it was a bit inconvenient and took a long time (hard to run tests when I have a baby and work full time so my windows are limited)

I would like to leave this review because I was very well taken care of by the team.
At first, I was honestly a bit frustrated because something on my device stopped working and I was worried. I hadn’t really looked into refund policies or warranty details before contacting support, so I didn’t know what to expect.
However, the team helped me a lot. They guided me through every step by email and explained clearly what I needed to do. We first tried replacing one component that we believed might be causing the issue. Later we realized the problem was somewhere else, and in the end another component was replaced.
Throughout the whole process the support team was transparent, patient, and very helpful. That kind of service builds trust and gives customers real confidence in the company.
Because of this experience, I’m sure that my future wheels and sim racing products will come from them again.
Great service and great support — congratulations to the team.

Excellent response from the whole Fanatec tech team, especially Chris who has been really nice and effective.
Great costumer support overall who replaced both my bundle and my refurbished Load Cell pedal.
Thank you Chris!

I emailed in to ask about a problem I was having with my CSL Elite V1 LC Pedals, the USB hub was failing to be recognised by my PC. After some back and forth emails with Chris Schulze at Fanatec we determined the problem did lie with the Hub and that my pedals were out of warranty. However Chris very graciously offered a replacement hub free of charge, the part itself was shipped all the way from Australia to the UK. I was blown away by the service I received from Chris. 10/10
