We would like to thank the lads from empire spares bought a washing machine & fridge freezer from them.
Delivered today 07/10/25 they fitted both appliances and removed our old appliances and the rubbish and had a bit of banter great guys would recommend them very highly.

Needed a washing machine and had some uncertainties regarding the waste water outlet, showed them a pic and my mind was put at ease immediately, washer purchased, delivered and fitted same day, delivery/fitter was great showed me how to work it as well.

Another excellent service from this local independent store. Due to an accident with our previous oven, we needed a replacement asap- two weeks before Christmas! Empire Stores did it again: obtained the oven I chose, advised what was required to fit an electric as against our gas oven and arranged fitting to suit our tight schedule. Initially, the oven wouldn’t fit the space due to the positioning of the gas tap, but thanks also to both our super electrician and gasman ( who came at the weekend, first day of his Christmas holiday) and Andy from Empire, who came for the second time on 23rd December, we had a Christmas meal. Oven itself has pros and cons, I’d not have chosen electric had there been a viable choice but the service from Empire could not be faulted. Lovely pleasant and efficient people who were so helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend, especially if your order is not 100% % straightforward; Empire will go that extra mile that the big companies will not.

Spoke to James as we needed a new washing machine and his service was great. Great to speak to on the phone, quick and efficient service and washing machine sorted and delivered promptly.

They have ordered in spare parts I have needed a few times now and also offer advice and talk you through best practice. Laura was especially helpful and showed me how to find model numbers and even came to my home to help me install an element in cooker for no additional cost. Above and Beyond service.

I purchased a electric double oven from this company and pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of service that was provided.
Within 3 hours of making the purchase the oven had been delivered and fitted; the old oven and all the packaging was taken away.

We ordered a Bosch fridge/freezer last week and arranged for delivery for today. Had a phone call from company to say appliance would be delivered that afternoon. Very impressed with service. Arrived on time,unpacked and installed with no issues, by polite and efficient staff. Many thanks Empire Spares.

My mother and myself have bought appliances from this company in the past, stay well away. Bought low level fridge freezer, has never worked properly. Will never buy from this company again and my mother bought cooker from them, it is a safety hazard. Paid good money and appliance is dangerous, has had to buy another from a reputable business.

We spent nearly 2000 pounds on appliances for a new kitchen and firstly the cooker didn't work and we had to wait 4 weeks for them to send out an engineer to confirm it was broken and then had to wait another 3 weeks for the replacement to arrive. The technician came and confirmed it was broke. They did send a new cooker through the manufacturer and then we also have had problems with the fan buzzing on the fridge freezer every now and again. Plus the extractor fan has parts missing so we were unable to use it. The owner was also quite rude to my wife on the phone when she called to complain to them. Wish we never bought anything from them and we wouldn't recommend going if you want a sub standard service.
