Fraudulent company. Do not use. Waiting for a refund 1 month later.
Disgusting level of professionalism. Hide behind bushes etc, issue tickets when people just open their car door to let someone out. And even on people's own driveway.
Unhinged, and clearly issuing these tickets for commission.
No transparency or uniform. Awful company and only a matter of time there is a government review on such practices.
This is an absolute joke of a company dont ever use them, they left us waiting 2 hours outside to be picked up their cars are filthy and either smell of smoke or food they are not single bookings they push you into multi drops. When you phone the office no understand and hang up so tou have been warned this is also going to be blogged on face book.
Don't touch their email service with a barge pole.
After nearly 18 years or so of excellent service, their ability to deliver emails to/from us has gone down the pan in the last few months.
I've had senders to me receive rejection messages.
I've had internal emails mysteriously fail to be delivered.
I've had rejection messages when sending.
And their response to reported problems is to ignore.
There is no escalation path.
There is problem management.
There is no customer liaison.
Appalling.
The basic problem is they don't understand what communication is and that in 2020 email has to be reliable.
The proof is that, even when they get a problem reported, they still don't understand communication - or can't be bothered to keep you informed.
Almost identical story to other customer reviews. I started hosting with Tollon in the 1990s and their service was great. Since being taken over by Elite the service has rapidly declined and is now no longer fit for purpose. Services are now completely unreliable and fail constantly. Technical support is now terrible (completely unresponsive and when they do the respond the reply is usually completely useless). I have to now find an alternative provider for my own hosting and my clients. AVOID
Very disappointed with the way the quality of service and support has declined over the past few years. I have been with this company since it was first established as Tollon in 1997. At that time and for many years after the service was outstanding, however, since the original owners sold the business to Elite it has deteriorated to the point where I can no longer justify remaining with them and will be transferring to a new provider as soon as possible.
They might be a small ISP but the team know how to go the extra mile.
They will do whatever they can to make sure customers are happy,
All round a great company and a great team behind them!
