Hidden fees and misleading fuel policy!
Be very careful with DoYouSpain and their partner 'Del Paso.' During the booking process, they mentioned a fuel management fee of around €40. However, upon arrival at the counter, I was forced to pay €150 for fuel. This is a massive difference that is not clearly disclosed when you book. They lure you in with low prices only to overcharge you at the last minute with hidden costs. Extremely misleading and unprofessional

10 minutes late, lost €250
Was 10 minutes late for a rental pick up, no car no refund. €250 lost, poor customer service, they almost seemed happy they could keep the money.
