We just purchased a 3-bedroom Maisonette from Chris at D&G. We could not recommend Chris more highly. He was incredibly helpful during the negotiation process and helped us push through the sale in a hurry within 8 weeks. Chris really went above and beyond. Would highly recommend D&G!!

Selling a property can be incredibly stressful, particularly with a toddler running around! Chris and the DG team made the process manageable through very effective communication. Chris personally handled communication across all parties and was able to foresee any challenges and navigate them effectively! It was great to feel like a priority and achieve a sale value higher than all other quoted agents was spectacular.

I would like to congratulate and thank Amy Phillips from the block management team . Following a leak from the upstairs flat she advised on a course of action,supported our claim and pursued a solution which required constant phonecalls and emails. She was tenacious and professional in her approach and we are hugely grateful .

My husband and I so enjoyed our experience working with Catalina to find our short-term let in London. She was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. We had a very small window to find a flat and sign a lease. Catalina and Harry went above and beyond, even sending the paperwork over a holiday weekend to ensure we were able to hit our deadline and secure the flat. We’re excited to work with them again to find our long-term home.

Nick Darragh handled the sale of my flat in Southfields in what was a "testing" sale due to needy and demanding buyers and my solicitors, who were slow on all aspects of the sale; this was achieved with good humour, support and the ability to calm all parties, no easy feat. He was a star and it wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for him. I can't recommend him enough.

Nick made extraordinary efforts to ensure the buying process was smooth on our flat. He was in constant communication with us and the seller and had some really wise suggestions. He was upfront and professional at all times and was a pleasure to work with.

Nick went the extra mile too to maintain the flat while it was empty and efficiently organised extra viewings for us.

Had a really positive experience with an agent called Katie who couldn’t have been more helpful, resourceful, and determined. Moving home is stressful and the rental market not easy, and she was a great representative for D&G

We recently sold a flat in London through Simon, and cannot recommend him enough. He was absolutely first class--quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, and always on hand if needed. Buying/selling is a stressful process with lots of moving parts, but Simon handled everything with professionalism, good grace, and a commitment to getting things done quickly and efficiently. We're so grateful!

The absolute worst letting experience that I have experienced from a letting team. Incredibly poor/toxic service from the entire team.

I experienced incredibly crass service; the letting team operates on a culture of poor customer service and admin / general best practise flows which then lead to lies, gaslighting and very poor attempts to hide it.
Avoid at all costs. If you value your sanity as a tenant please please do scroll through the other reviews from previous tenants, highlighting the letting teams history of poor service they are 100% true and I wish I took heed before choosing this awful team.

We recently sold a property in London with Simon. The offer was accepted on the 27th Feb 2025 and Completion took place on 28th March 2025, one month! This was down to Simon's efficiency and comprehensive knowledge of what we all needed to do, a good relationship with solicitors and handling the process from start to finish with professionalism. We are indebted to you Simon.

I recently purchased a flat in Battersea where Hannah Field was the estate agent. Hannah was very responsive, tenacious and engaged throughout the transaction and was always very happy to guide me through the process/answer questions etc. We really needed to complete prior to the SDLT change and Hannah went above and beyond to make this happen for which we are extremely grateful. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell in this area.
