I ordered from this company over lockdown as I wanted something different. I can’t complain about delivery as that was fast and arrived in time. I couldn’t try the nails themselves as unfortunately even the smallest size was too big.

I returned the item and packaged it as directed however still hadn’t received my refund within the time stated on their website. I tried contacting them through multiple platforms and via their online form however got no reply. I decided to open a case through Paypal, only when I opened this did they decide to contact me and put the blame onto Paypal. I still never received the refund so escalated the case further. Eventually, after one month of fighting my case, Paypal ended the case in my favour.

I definitely would not recommend ordering from here.

Delivery was fast but unfortunately that was probably the only good thing about my experience. No point in even wasting time talking about the tabs as others have stated they are useless, fell off within an hour or two. The nails themselves were beautiful but VERY curved, like a horseshoe. I have slightly larger nails and whilst these fit, they were so curved that they dug into the sides and caused me so much pain that I could only tolerate them for one evening. The only redeeming factor was the sweet relief after taking them off. Unfortunately a waste of £17 for me.

I ordered some nails with gel tabs a few weeks ago, when they arrived the package was open and the seal strip had not been removed so the tabs had fallen out. I have contacted them on 5 occasions across various platforms and still no response back about the missing items! Extremely poor customer service

I have ordered from Dooby's Nails twice and generally I am happy with the product. The nail tabs don't work at all and you have to use nail glue if you want them to stick for more than an hour, but that's okay.
However, on my second order I accidentally ordered two of the same sets and immediately contacted customer service to request to cancel one of them, but got no reply. In the next few days I received the order and returned one of the sets to them following all the instructions given (name and order number in package etc) - this was on the 18th February. A week goes by and I haven't had any acknowledgement of my return so I contact them again to ask confirmation of receipt and when I should expect my refund - still no reply. It's now been a month, I have contacted them through instagram DM (they just said to contact them through the website, and reply every 4 days or so on IG) and many times through their website but still nothing. This isn't a joke, those nails aren't cheap, and I'm beginning to think they're just going to keep my money without a care.

Awful. I ordered over a month ago and was advised the nails were shipped 20 working days ago from the UK (where I live). Still not arrived. I have contacted customer services 5 times with no reply, I have left comments on Instagram which they have been deleting, and I have DM'd them which they have ignored.

I'd suggest you do not order from this company.

Love how fast delivery was amazed how good quality the hand painted nails was will deffo order moor infact its the only place ill be ordering off from now on very happy lady .thanks so much 😍💅 xxx

Ordered a set of extra coffin nails along with 2 lots of the adhesive gel tabs. The nails are amazing quality and the gel tabs are great if you only require the nails on for a day or two. Will definitely purchase more nails in the future.

Great quality nails and so much variety in nail size shapes colours etc . The website is easy to navigate and looks fab . Delivery is speedy I’ve ordered 4 sets already and will 100% be back for more

I ordered myself a set of nails as a treat for my birthday. When they arrived I was very pleased with them, the colour was perfect and they seemed to be good quality.
I got gel tabs for free with my order, which were absolutely useless. The nails didn’t sit flat against my nails, and one shower and they’d all fallen off. After buying some proper nail glue and reapplying them I was fairly happy with them. However, I wore them for all of a day before they became completely chipped. One of the nails has barely got any paint left on it now. They say on the website the nails are reusable but mine definitely aren’t anymore. I’ve emailed Doobys to complain but still haven’t had a reply.

Honestly couldn’t fault Doobys Nails. They have saved me a fortune! I can get 2 sets for the same price I would have payed at my nail technician. My nails can still look incredible while in lockdown. They arrive within a week of ordering and they look unreal. I love long coffin nails and Doobys Nails definitely create exactly what I want. I will continue using them even when lockdown ends. Can’t praise them enough.

Great experience overall however I contacted customer service because I accidentally ordered 2 of the same product and wanted to cancel one (I did this immediately after I ordered), but they didn’t respond in time so I received both

I really wanted to leave a good review but I just can’t. After seeing so many happy customers I was super excited for my nails. When they arrived they are so so thin, like paper thin, they feel really flimsy and like they could just break at any point. I got the gel tabs for free in the deal. The tabs don’t cater to smaller nails for sure, I bite my nails terribly and found that the end of the gel tab hangs over the end of my finger. Managed to put them all on and I swear one hand wash and the nails were falling off. Super super disappointed. I wear acrylics usually on the daily but with covid can’t get them done so am used to being more wary of my hands with nails on but these were literally slipping off after one bathroom use. I know nail glue is recommended for longer use but tbh the nails are so so thin it feels like they’re going to rip when you wear them anyway.

I have ordered a few times from doobysnails and the quality is so good,so comfortable and lightweight. Absolutely love them.

I love my nails and every time they came, it’s nicely package and they’re better in person. Love that they came variations of designs and lengths. Overall I definitely would recommend buying nails here.

Amazing nails!

Look like they have been done in a salon. The sticky strips you can buy are great for a few days of use but if you want them to last longer I recommend using nail glue!

Cannot recommend these nails enough. Bought my first pair a week ago and they lasted the full week and still look great. (I used nail glue) and I just bought another set.
So many options it was hard to choose but I would strongly recommend treating yourself!

My order was fabulous quality, and the nails are absolutely stunning. Since being in lockdown, I have thoroughly missed having beautiful nails to look forward to and drugstore stick ons just aren’t the same. Dooby Nails feel like I’ve had a fresh set of acrylics and the compliments I’ve had are lovely!! They last a long while as well and I haven’t been that careful either!
