Ordered nails for graduation and they arrived promptly but I was sent the wrong colour. I emailed them requesting they send the right colour if I returned the nails with no response, then contacted them on instagram gain with no response. I followed up with another email and instagram message stating I was returning and wanted a refund, and expected the cost of postage to be refunded as it was no fault of my own, and again no response. they have not refunded me the nails and have had no contact from them. Very disappointed and would strongly advise to not use this company.

Ordered a couple of nail sets from them, while it did come quickly one of the sets were a bit see through and so I returned them as stated on the website. It’s been over a month, Royal Mail has confirmed that my ordered was returned and signed for, but I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve tried contacting through the form on the website and via Instagram but nobody replies. It’s so annoying and I’m going to report them as being fraudulent and open a case with PayPal because this is appalling service at this point

Always efficient and good quality press on. I will not buy any other nails as I find these are the only ones that last and are the length I like and so many designs I always buy 3 or 4 pairs at a time. Please do not ever stop making these fantastic nails!!

Second purchase and really excited for them to arrive. Super fast delivery and reliable products.

The nail design is nice. I like that they give quite a few sizes. However, the sticky tabs do not keep the nail on. I stuck the nails on, then 1 minute later they fell off. For this reason, I am unable to wear the nails- they do not stay on.

The nails were so pretty and came in a range of sizes that were easy to file down, since I have such small nail beds.

This is the third set I’ve ordered from Dooby Nails. I am OBSESSED!! As long as you follow the instructions the nails stay in place and don’t budge for several days! I’ve gotten so many compliments every time I’ve worn them and they don’t ruin my nails like acrylics do! Highly recommend

Best nails look like actual acrylics better than spending £50 on acrylics when you can buy these for under £15. Will defo be buying again ☺️So strong too

I never received my order and my messages have been ignored so far. Thought it might be a delay with royal mail but it's now been nearly 4 weeks since I ordered. So disappointed, what a waste of money.

Terrible service still waiting on a response when I asked where my order was still waiting on my order.
Wish I had read the read the reviews first avoid this company if you do read them first.

I ordered on Monday morning and expected them before Friday for an event on Saturday. I paid £3.99 for delivery within 2 days.
I am still waiting, no response from anyone. I don’t even think they’ve been dispatched as I’ve not received any other notification.

I just want a refund at this stage, I used an AMEX to purchase the order so if anything I’ll claim it back through that and report the company as fraud.

Worst communication, I hope people read the reviews prior to ordering!! Stay clear guys.

This company sent me the wrong nails to which I ordered, was promised next day delivery aswel, did not come the next day which made the order even more pointless as I needed it for an event that weekend and they took almost 2 weeks to come! Went on the website and it said they refund if you send the nails back which i did.. waiting 2 weeks no refund. Been emailing, contacting them on Instagram multiple times, have been ignored.. its been 2 months now and still no refund, no reply back nothing! Spoke to a few other people on dooby nails Instagram page and they have all had similar experiences.

Before I proceed with my review I would like to express I am a business owner myself and I understand how detrimental reviews can be so I will always leave 5* reviews and never ever any less if I haven’t received 5* service or a 5* product I tend to reach out to the owner directly to try and get a resolution and keep the outcome to myself purely out of kindness.

However

I placed an order for some stick on nails as an emergency for my sisters wedding after bing let down by my usual nail tech. I was amazed to see the package in the parcel box the next day however I had ordered a pack of toe nails and finger nails and upon opening the package found the toe nails where the only ones there.

There was a note in my package to say they had refunded the fingernails as they were priced incorrectly on the website so we’re not included.

Instantly I was annoyed as I had written a note to say they were needed for a wedding on Tuesday and with these arriving on the Friday I knew there was little chance in being able to get the set reordered and slivered in time for the wedding.

The company had all of my contact details including my mobile number and email address if they had of contacted me to let me know of the pricing error or THEIR end then I would have happily arranged to pay the difference as honestly the price was only a few pounds more and I bought them for the design and not the price.

Not only that I have NOT received the refund as advised in the little handwritten note.

I decided to just go ahead and re order the nails as my own risk and hope they would arrive on Monday. As the first lot arrived the next day (ordered late afternoon Thursday and arrived Friday morning) so I placed another order Friday midday thinking they would arrive Monday morning before I left for the wedding as the website states that if you order before 5pm they will be shipped the same day and I paid for Royal Mail 1st class

They didn’t actually get despatched until Monday (3 days later than promised on the website) so I now have these beautiful nails that I really have no where to wear them to which is frustrating.

Aside from that I sent the company a really lovely well written message on Instagram that was very kind (kinder than most people would be) and I haven’t received a response. I then sent another Instagram message and and an email a few days later as not only had I not received a response I also hadn’t received my refund so I have paid for almost 2 sets of nails and only received one set and as anyone that has shopped here before will know they aren’t cheap nails (nore should they be as the nails are beautiful and had I of had them for the wedding day I’m sure I would have got many compliments)

A week on and I still have not had a response or a refund. I don’t know how to take this further and I’m hoping the only way to get through to this company is to damage their reputation in order for a simple response.

Also on a side note. I did use the toenails for the wedding and used the glue tabs. I couldn’t stick any nails on my 3 smallest toes as the smallest nails had to be used on the larger toes (this may just be me having abnormally small toenails but having compared to many others in the wedding party it’s either the whole wedding party of 10 have abnormally small toenails or the toenails are just wayyy too large

Also the glue tabs do not work they all came off within a couple of hours so if you are going to use buy a good quality glue elsewhere and I’m sure they will then be fine

To the business owner - please please please respond to me it is not fair for you to keep £25 of my money

Highly suggest shopping elsewhere if you want any form of customer service

Ordered matt nails,delivered quick,nicely presented in a box and was happy with the product at first glued them on and they looked lovely.only had them on for a few hours when the colour started peeling off and scratchy looking which I don't under stand as I didn't use any lotions etc to make this happen. So had to remove them as they looked terrible

Honestly im so confused on where to go from here. Ive tried to contact the seller several times on Instagram, her contact form, facebook and yet had 0 replies. I wasnt given my full order and purchased around £172 worth of nails. Which honestly was stupid of me now. I assumed it was a good place due to Instagram. I dont know what to do now as she wont reply about the missing sets.

Beautiful nails, ordered from them for months and really can’t fault the product at all.
However I have paid for next day delivery twice and they have always been delivered 5+ days later! Customer service is awful, never received a response.

Delivery was fast, have to give them that. The nails did arrive but they didn't stick with the tabs you can purchase, so I wouldn't bother with them, I wasn't overly worried though as I has nail glue anyway. Applied them, they looked lovely and I was very pleased, however..not even a full 24h and the colour was coming off them. On day 3 I removed them because they looked awful. Tried to contact them on numerous platforms and was basically ignored. Had to go through PayPal to get a refund.

Delivery is shocking and you never get a response from customer service I messaged nearly 3 months ago and heard nothing since!!

Ordered the short nails, they were pretty but we're not short at all. The care instructions advise the gel tabs stick straight away which they did but 4 nails came off within 5 minutes. I didn't need to soak them I just pulled the others off very little effort.
