Ordered several different nails with different designs and most of them are really nice. A couple of them did have scratches on them though which is a shame. Overall decent nails though and arrived very quickly the next day. Received nail glue and tabs as well. The nail glue is pretty good, haven’t tried the tabs.

Never received nails, emails were ignored, have now logged a complaint with PayPal.

Awful nails , purchased the pastel collection first time, although arrived quickly, when i opened the box there was a strong smell of varnish,
Applied the nails and after a few hours noticed some started to smudge and chip! Took off in less than 24 hours! Not what i expected after paying such a high price!!
Emailed my complaint to be told never had this kind of complaint, i sent pictures and asked for refund twice and have been ignored since!!!!!

Dont deserved a single star. made an order from 02 Mar 2024 and did not rcvd my items till now. I have no issue with her orders in 2022/2023 but this year something is amiss. They have turned into scamming people as a job. REFUND ME BACK DOOBYS!!!!!!

Placed two order with them over £50, send them back because they didn't fit me properly, never had my refund despite chasing them.

Had my nails on for 2 days and the paint is chipping
Ended up coming off and they've left black residue all over my finger nails (they were black nails)
£30 for cheap rubbish?
They delete any negative reviews on Instagram posts
Not surprised you can't leave reviews on their site

Would be 0 star, disgraceful company, took my money but never sent goods. No response to emails and phone number goes to answering machine. Should not be allowed to advertise if they are not genuine.

Would be 0 stars if there was the option. Appalling service. I returned my order as the nails look cheap and were tiny. No refund was issued. I sent several emails asking for my refund which were ignored. I had to open a dispute with my credit card and eventually got a refund about 3 months later.

They only get 1 star as 0 wasn’t an option. The nails were ok but mostly all too big for me despite the sizes. I returned unused boxes but never got refunded after multiple emails over many months. I even asked my friend in Australia to call the company thats on the website contact as it was Australian numbers, but the numbers were fake, they don’t call through to anything.

Still waiting for delivery, no tracking update provided and customer service is appalling. No response to emails or voicemails. Had one reply via the online enquiry form, and then silence. Update, eventually received my order but not within the 1-3 days expected. Still awful customer service which is such a shame as the product looks good, yet to try it tho!

Would be 0 stars if that was an option! Have ordered from them before, first order was fine, second order the quality was shocking, all nails broke on the same day I applied them, I've been using press ons for a while and never had this problem before. Third order... well, thats a whole other can of worms! Never received any form of tracking or anything, order not arrived and can't speak to anyone, emails go ignored, phone is never answered! Appalling customer service. Now going to have to battle to get my money back through my bank instead

Absolutely shocking, Would not buy of these again, never received order. Emailed so many times asking for an update with not one reply from them.

How can they run a company like this, as clearly I am not the only one with delivery issues.

After 3 months of waiting and over 6 emails sent and trying to contact on instagram multiple times I have not received the nails I ordered . Costing over €90 and not a single reply received . Absolutely horrible.

I ordered 6 sets of nails from you back in December. In January I only received 4 sets and some of them are wrong - not what I ordered. I have reached out to you four times to find out how to rectify the error and no one has got in contact or replied to me. Very disappointing and very poor customer service. Will not be recommending or ordering from you again.

I have been waiting over 2 weeks now for my order. No response to email or Facebook messages. I'm assuming from reading the reviews, which I wish I'd read before I ordered, that this company is a scam. I will be reporting the company and thankfully I paid by credit card, so will instigate a claim once the required time has elapsed.

Was sent the incorrect item (cheaper than what I'd ordered too), contacted all available email addresses, sent an Instagram message and Facebook message including photos of all relevant information and received nothing in response - it has now been over 1 year and still nothing - terrible customer service - avoid!

Again, if I could give ZERO I would. Like many others, I have tried several methods to contact Hayley Edwards "Proud owner of DoobysNails" (that's her Insta statement)

Absolutely love doobys nails I’ve been ordering for years and the quality has improved immensely over these years! The seasonal ranges always have new designs, fast delivery. I have never not received an order from them!

I don't think they are a legitimate company. I was reminded of my purchase with them from a couple of years ago because I found one of my boxes and realised I didn't post a review.

I bought 4 boxes of nail sets and the gel tabs to go with them. One of the nail sets was missing half of the nails (10 instead of 24). I emailed them and messaged them on Instagram multiple times, I never had a response, besides the automatic acknowledgement.

The nail polish on another set started peeling off after about a week of use, which is something I never experienced before.

This company isn't interested in providing any customer service whatsoever. Just avoid them at all costs

Absolutely awful company. Buyers please beware. They are scammers. I placed my order in July and I’m still waiting for my items. I’ve emailed and messaged them and nothing. No acknowledgment. No response. No refund. No items. The customer service is appalling. Something needs to be done to stop them from scamming customers. Please do not buy from them.
