Courtious, professional staff .the person ihave dealt with at the Candiac locale was always very helpful and answered all my questions .

Customer service is excellent especially with one particular lady, average size with an accent. She is so polite and ever ready to help in terms of inquiries etc. She is always around attending to customers, moving around lockers and answering phone calls as well. Overall, I have had no issues at all.

The location was very good, the prices are high and there is no lights inside the unit or garbage bins outside the facility. With the amount per month additional services should be provided.

The staff gets 4 stars for helpful and courteous.

If you need to store your belongings, this is the place for you. Secure area and very clean environment. The people there, are terrific and very helpful. Rented two lockers for nearly 3 months, while our new home was being built, and have only positive comments. Should I need storage in the future, this would be the place I would return to without any hesitation.

Clean place. They are paying for the truck rental when you put stock in storage there that’s great!

They made the process of getting a unit very easy and they have the equipment on hand when you are unloading your belongings. Very accessible when you need to drop by to pick things up. Would highly recommend.

The staff is always there to help you out with whatever you need. They sign for my deliveries and put them aside until I get there. This is especially important to me because I use my locker for business and I can always count on them. Once they received my stock they send me an email which is GREATLY APPRECIATED.

I didn't have a good experience towards the end. They changed all employees I normally saw or spoke to and ever since then it has been unacceptable. So I changed storage as soon as I was able(2mths later).
The new guys kept talking about how they value their customers and making them happy is top, but I was just the opposite... Unhappy!
And now I'm VERY happy elsewhere.

Good access to facilities, but rental fees increase every year.

Both of my lockers were broken into so I lost a lot of my stuff and afterwards had water damage which I still haven’t been settled after 2 years of the event. I must add also that I was paying insurance!!!!!

Great service and snow always removed quickly
