The poor review reflects mostly their exchange policy. As an online store you would think they would make such think easy since you don't try any product on before purchasing! You can send an item back (as you should) but there is no exchange option, you have to file for the return of the item and ship the item back at your choice and expense, and then order a new item (with the right number/colour). This is a completely new order, you will pay whatever price the item is now. If you took advantage of some promotion on the first purchase, it is gone. You also have to have an extra expense before you get the return. For the shipping, you get to pick whichever service you prefer but of course to meet their requirements (tracked, delivery receipt) it is much more expensive that the price they pay as a company for the same service. With most online stores I have dealt with, the return shipping is made through the online store, which can be free or they will deduct it (usually the same price as sending the package) from the return. This is probably the worst online store I purchased from and I have purchased from a lot of online stores. I had to re-order from them because they were the only ones that had the snickers of the model and color my teenager cousin wanted, will not purchase if I can get it anywhere else.
