Slow unresponsive service

Item was listed as in stock. I paid for air freight as I needed this bag as I was going away. My expected arrival date 28/05/19. Still haven't recieved the bag or response to the two emails I sent them asking for a refund on the air freight. Terrible logistics, terrible customer service. Avoid

I've bought already like 3/4 things and everything arrived quite well. Just one thing took some time to get here but service was almost nearly fast as Amazon. It's reliable.

Worst sales site I ever seen

Worst sales site I ever seen. I bought 4 items in same order. All available. 2 days after made the order, they contact me to tell me that one of the items are out of stock. I kindly answer to forget that item and move forward on the remaining ones.

Next day, they call me again saying that the missing item already in stock, however in meanwhile other item get out-of-stock. Ask if I want to wait for stock but never with the warranty that toher items don't get out-of-stock.

My friends, if I do an order and for any reason one of the products are out-of-stock you have to keep the items in stock that I order for me and meanwhile ask if I want to wait for it or go ahead.

In other stores, they contact you, they send you what is in stock and when they have stock about items you have ordered they will send it without tax you with shipping value again.

You are miserable.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes and they didn’t fit so I wanted to return for a refund. I think it’s fair and ethical for them to pay for the return shipping since I paid for the them to ship it to me. Sent them a message for a label but no reply. Will never purchase if they refuse.
