Scam, never delivered my product.

I did receive the requested 2 suture kits, but did receive the 10 suture pads. The 2 suture kits with four instruments were needed for the May 31st conference. The two suture kits were not in the package. I have spent $70 and not received the exacted order and have no form of recourse it refund.
I emailed and did not receive a reply. Please amend.

I ordered Urethral Sounds and paid an additional $20 for express shipping, but I never received the item. The company’s phone number doesn’t work, and the shipping information they provided appears to be doctored—it falsely claims the package was sent and delivered.

They only responded to two out of the six emails I sent, and that was only after I threatened to leave a negative review. Their offer? A $5 refund on a $68 order, claiming they didn’t actually send it via express post. That’s not my problem—it’s what I paid for.

This company seems incredibly dodgy. I honestly don’t know how they have any positive reviews… maybe they’re fake?

For anyone else who’s been caught in a similar situation, I’ve disputed the charge with my bank and was able to get a refund.

Do not use this company. Scam site.

very fast delivery and good pricing

No communication and only received part of my order and no-one will respond to emails and phone number does not work - dodgy company, extremely poor

Excellent quality but a delay in receiving items.

Took extra 50 dollar for shipment. However, they didn’t even delivered my item yet. The number they provided are invalid… both Australia and Pakistan.

Customer service was wonderful & very prompt

The only downside was using Payoneer as it actually increased the unit price by $2 - not happy with this

Nice punches that really helped me with experiments. Only the out of stock status should be marked on the website.

Although there was a delay from the warehouse, I was sent an upgraded model, (without the extra charge) to compensate for the longer wait time.

Great package at a great price

It has been over a month and my item has yet to be dispatched despite a email confirming the order complete. Any attempt of communication surrounding this issue has fallen on deaf ears.

The item I ordered never arrived. I paid a total of $72.25. including $52.00 for the item and $20.25 for express post. My order number was 9376 dated 20 June 2022.
I did not follow up immediately, as I thought the post was delayed by Covid-19.
I sent two emails to the company and phoned and spoke to the "manager" who said he would check and ring back, but I heard nothing more.
Over the time I received two emails telling me that the order had been completed. I can show copies of all of these.
Nothing ever arrived, and no post tracking number.

Based on this experience with Dental Point, I should really give them ZERO stars.
