I used to work at Deloitte's office in India as an analyst and my experience was neutral. Good team, sharp minds and not-so-boring work. However, the corporate politics and power game made my experience bitter.

Poor experience. Slow to fix their own errors and fulfill requests. Would not recommend.

If you are reading this review, you are lucky. The below is very few words of my personal and genuine experience at Deloitte in Cardiff.

Horrible time at this office. If you are a graduate in Cardiff and looking to gain experience, this place will destroy your career pathway. Not a place to develop, progress, or gain experience.

Their social media is just a big investment this office is dedicated to showing the opposite of what and who they really are.

Their tax assistance service is very bad. Their intake form took me like >4h to fill. I usually filled my taxes in 1-2h in previous years, my situation has not changed, just their process is terribly inefficient.

I do not understand why Deloitte hires Pedophiles. My friend has a brother who was sexually assaulted over 25 times with her sister Gilda Nobrega Martins. Susan Nobrega Coffin raped their little brother over 25 times and tied the little boy to those old radiators. Deloitte was informed about this 10 years ago but nothing happened. Her Boss Olsen who asked her out so many times but he was rejected him.He smashed his head in a sking accident around 2016 or 17 and still kept her on and even premoted her. Both are evil child molesters and should be dealt with accordingly ( Gilda and Susan). It's a shame how companies worth 6 billion dollars do not deal with this. My friends lawyers are working on it now and she should not have old age retirement funds for her Malevolent ways and other dirty deeds. We will follow up on Deloitte and see what is going on. Deloitte did the taxes for new employees who underwent relocation at my company. Absolutely atrocious. Slow, unresponsive, inaccurate. Sent in records in early February, they did not even start until the first week of April and only then because we called and emailed to ask when they would be done. The accountant/CPA made a number of errors on the first try. Every fix took 3-5 days. I have never filed taxes late in my life until Deloitte did them on my behalf. When the deadline was around the corner, I called out of anxiety and their only response was, "Oh ... yeah ... we'll file an extension." It was more expensive and more stressful than doing them myself. I cannot express how terrible the service was. I will never use Deloitte for anything, even if not tax service related. For shame.

Its employees and managers are thieves of life and money.

Their staff are liking and sharing posts about the ongoing genocide happening right now in Palestine advocating for no ceasefire. Be careful working with war crime enabling companies!

GlobalAdvantage is unbelievably bad. They managed to create an abstraction layer on top of HMRC which is more complex to deal with than filing your tax returns yourself.

It baffles me how these big four companies manage to stay afloat while everything they do is substandard. It's almost like they only exist because they are big and well-known despite the fact they don't actually provide value.

Edit: You can't even contact support because there no send button on the form to create a support ticket...

I would like to make special mention of my immigration consultant Tiani van Aagten, who has assisted me in obtaining the extension of my HSM residence permit.

Apart from the above extension, before moving to the NL, I had never been travelled out of my home country (South Africa). But Tiani helped me every step of the way and was always available to answer any of my questions...she made me feel safe and comfortable with my move.

I regularly deal with Ellen Hind and Beth Gudgeon and can honestly say that they are the most helpful, competent and professional ladies that I have had the pleasure to deal with. Thank you very much.

Completed work for this company and when it was finished they refused to pay. They are total scam artists, would never do work for them again and would not trust them with anything.

Deloitte GoVerify ID Validation Technology IDVT

Employer is using them as a middle-man to verify right-to-work documents.

I followed all the instructions, submitted a photo of myself, photo of my documents, and after that it just said "An unexpected error occured." over and over, and after refreshing, the website is infinitely loading and the link in the e-mail says it's expired and invalid.

Thank you, because of you I might not be able to start my job. Fantastic. But BigCorpCo (you) gets paid for your broken service, so all is well in the world.

They are useless. no not communicate and make it up as they go along. They are dirt cheap but useless

They are handling my tax return as I worked overseas for a few months at the beginning of 2021. I had all of my information submitted to them at the first of February. I emailed them repeatedly about my status with no answer. On April 5, they told me they filed for an extension with no additional details. I have still heard nothing back from them despite emailing them, calling their customer care, and reporting my issues weekly. If you are a company or individual, DO NOT HIRE FOR ANYTHING

My company appointed Deloitte to handle my tax affairs to return to the UK from Spain where I had been on work contract. They were absolutely useless on tax advice, paperwork requirements, structuring and general practice to ensure a smooth transition back to the HMRC system. Despite being a British Citizen they registered me as an expat in the UK, I am PAYE and they set me up as self employed so I have been chased for self assessment papers. Avoid and use KPMG where I have had an excellent service in the past.

The Cincinnati office of Deloitte seems to be only interested in helping individuals only if they are white, rich clients who have money. I called June 23 get help for a Honduran 20 year old (Wiler) who came to the United States as a 9 year old and needs help in filing a W-7 form so he can file an income tax return. Yes, file a return so he can try and obey the rules of our country! The IRS designates Deloitte as a Certifying Acceptance Agent the help file these forms. But the Cincinnati office stated since Wiler is not a paying client they routed me to their national office 800-335-6488. I was on hold for 10 plus minutes and then an additional ten minutes after I was told my wait was only 1 more minute. Hopefully one of their rich, white partners will see this and decide Deloitte should take a different attitude in helping those less fortunate than those who were born in this country!!!!
