Easy to order! Smooth delivery!

These shoes are cute looking but the arch support and comfort are not what the company claims. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone that is on their feet for long periods. They become uncomfortable quickly.

I originally placed my order on December 1st, 2025. I ordered the 1.0 version because they were on sale, upon ordering one pair they automatically charged me for two Instead of the one. I received neither pair (even though the first pair says they were delivered on December 26th, I didn't receive them) I will have to say due to all of this my money was refunded for both pairs in a timely manner and the company offered me a discount on a future purchase. I have had great communication with the customer service team. Just know delivery will take forever since they are coming from China.

These do not fit, are uncomfortable and made of cheap materials. In order to return they must be shipped back to china. Clearly something else is going on here. Frustrated and annoyed.

Easy ordering and shipped on time

I am a 9 1/2, they sent a 9 which is huge.. then said I have to pay international shipping back.. ridiculous

This time I purchased two for a better deal. The exterior design is a bit different but they are still eye-catching. The toe box is excellent which is why I purchased additional ones. I wore them for several hours of walking through Europe and they were great. My only slight concern was the shipping time. I did send a message and had an immediate response articulating the intended shipping time as they come from overseas.

Ordering from an ad off Instagram, I was highly doubtful that these shoes would arrive as advertised, so I was thrilled to be wrong! These sneakers are adorable and comfortable and I couldn’t be more pleased!

Easy to order. True to size. Good quality material.

Suffered with Achilles tendinitis. After PT , gel heel inserts and doctor appointments,I decided to try your product. So far the heel pain has lessened. The cushioning from the insole seems to protect the Achilles.

Waited over 2 weeks. Shoes are not comfortable for me. They need a softer foot bed.

They're really comfy and fit like I expected.

The shoes did not fit and because it would require high postal fees to ship them back to China, the company offered that I keep the shoes and to provide a 30% refund.

Tracking was rough and I didn't know this was coming from overseas. It would be nice to have an estimated time of shipping or at least a minimum - like, knowing at minimum, it will be 2+ weeks before I received my shoes.

The ordering process was simple. I love the quality of the shoe and how it fits. They are true to size and extremely comfortable to wear all day long.

I loved my first pair of shoes was so excited that they came out with a darker color for the winter!! Had to snag a pair as soon as they were available!

The shoes I got were very wide they looked big and bulky. So if you have narrow feet, these are not the shoes for you. What I didn’t realize because I didn’t read the fine print was that if you actually want your money back, you have to ship the product all the way back to China at your expense. I contacted their customer service via email and explained that the shoes didn’t fit and were too wide and too small. Their response was they were willing to give me a 15% back and then I could keep the product. Or they will offer to send a different size. I explained I didn’t want to keep the product but they told me I should try to resell it to get my money recouped if I didn’t want to pay to send it back to China. I would never ordered the product had I known that trying to return it would mean shipping it back to China, where it came from. All advertisements give zero indication that it is a Chinese based company. I was not happy with the product. They advertisement says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Apparently, they have revamped the shoe, but I was not willing to take the chance to see if their new design was any better.

I ordered these shoes for myself and as a gift for a family member. They are very comfortable shoes and can be worn all day. They did take a while to arrive, but customer service did a nice job of communicating and giving me updates. I was a little skeptical at first but it was worth the wait!
