While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

The programme support

The marketing programme itself — and the instructors — are genuinely excellent. The one-to-one lessons are extremely helpful, and the teaching is strong.

However, the moment anything goes wrong, the support completely falls apart. The support helpline goes unanswered for months, and if the company you’re placed with can no longer keep you on, you are essentially left on your own.

While they give you a year to complete the programme, in reality they offer very little help in finding an alternative placement. Posting an ad on LinkedIn and hoping for the best is not adequate support.

I have been desperately trying to find somewhere to continue my course entirely by myself. After finally securing an opportunity, I was then told — conveniently — that there was no space available. This was after they were fully aware of my situation and after I had spent a long time repeatedly trying to contact them with no response.

The lack of communication, urgency, and responsibility shown has been incredibly frustrating and deeply disappointing.
