Purchased a bonnet sound proofing mat for Duster at Eu 111,00. Delivery to France was perfect, on time as promised.
When fitting the mat it appeared clearly that the item was used and rather damaged , I had to make repairs. Advert said " Dacia Original" which let me suppose it was "new". This was misleading. They should indicate clearly if they sell a second hand item.
Roof bars ordered (Turtle in black) and 3 of the under-grips had the internal nut missing.
Daciamg got informed, I send pictures of the problem and 3 new grips are on the way to me.

I wouldn't recommend this company. I bought some camping curtains for my car. To find when they arrived that I would have to screw metal studs/ clips around the front screen of my car. I asked for a refund as their ad on their website didn't state this. They said would have to pay the postage back to Romania from the UK. So I had to keep the item. So not to cost myself a further £12 to return a 40 euro item.
Ordered 2 sets of mudflaps, part that showed in stock, after over a week they tell me they one have 1 set, avoid at all costs
