Scam company

Scam company. I didn't check out their reputation thoroughly...which I normally do. I saw their ad on FB....never trust a FB add without doing the homework. Better still, ignore the ad and assume scammers are at work.

Scam company

Scam company. My bad for not doing my due diligence prior to ordering from this company. They have what looks like a legitimate website but having no contact information should have been a red flag. I did receive a product but it was not what I ordered nor was it the size I ordered. According to the email confirming the order you have to respond to the email to get a mailing address if you need to return your item. I requested the address twice before doing a deep dive on the company and found they are a scam. Obviously I never received a response with the address for a return. The address on the package is the speedX address which is the company that delivered the package. Don't order from them and watch out on tiktok because they used a video from another company with a link to their product.

So far my money paid and no product. The product I did receive was purple childs sweatshirt. I have contacted Curvevera with absolutely no response. At this time I can't even rate the actual product -- it's been 30-days

Such a shame I can't give zero stars

Such a shame I can't give zero stars. Extremely poor communication. Over 5 weeks to be delivered. Sizing a joke - product is extremely poor quality. I only wish I had seen the reviews here before ordering. Lesson learnt.

I ordered 2 of the viral “jelly bras”…

I ordered 2 of the viral “jelly bras” and sized according to their size chart. The bras do not fit and are made of spandex with a foam insert. I have emailed the company numerous times in the past week and still have not even received an option to return or exchange the product. Do not buy! Scam! Waste of 50$

Trash

Trash! Took 6 weeks for two bras to come in from China. I’m a 36C, ordered a Large for both bras, and they are too small because the straps don’t have adjustments. It’s too short for my torso. The pads don’t stay put, and the opening where the pads can be adjusted makes the center of the bra crinkle so it looks like a third boob. Trash through and through.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!
I purchased two bras in different sizes as their sizing chart seemed a little off. It took over a month to receive even though they “came” from Vernon, CA to San Diego, CA. I have contacted their refund dept THREE times to return the product for a refund as the product was not as stated. Wonky fit and straps are too short and not adjustable so the bras ride up no matter what. Only received one reply to my initial request that they couldn’t send replacement sizes yet. Did they even read my email?!?!?! I explained in the two subsequent emails that I am requesting a refund. CRICKETS…..
Cannot find them on better business bureau and shipping would be roughly the same cost as the bras as, after doing some digging, their return center is in China

I would give them zero stars if that…

I would give them zero stars if that was an option! Item purchased did not fit, followed the rules for return/exchange by reaching out to where it said to, MULTIPLE TIMES, three to be exact and crickets, zero response! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Founded in US but crap comes from China! I should have known better!

Product is Crap

Curverva sizing is way off the top of dresses are way to big and sit super low (nothing like they advertise). The dresses shipped from a Berton Wilde out of Chicago but I was asked to return the items to China. The return never made it to either place and got sent back to me now im stuck because it's been 30 days and they didnt receive them so no return money and i am stuck with 3 dresses that don't fit. All while they offered me $20 compensation. Then they stopped messaging me back when I said no I would like to return them for a full refund. Complete Scam.

Absolutely not the product they…

Absolutely not the product they advertise. I actually ordered one size larger and this would fit a toddler. Size is not correct. Product is paper thin and of poor quality. Refund procedures are impossible as the shipping costs are your responsibility and are very very high as the company is based in China, although the package was shipped to me from a return address in PA from a woman's address. Do not do business with is company.

Customer service never responds. Sizing way too small.

My order took a month to arrive, from China. I ordered 2 bras based on sizing chart, but they don't fit, way too small. Emailed customer service several times within their timeframe for returns, no response. No phone number or chat feature, only an email address. Now I'm stuck with bras I can't wear, but at this point I wouldn't trust them to provide a refund even if I did pay to ship it back. Don't order from here unless you're willing to gamble with your money... you may or may not receive items that may or may not fit and definitely won't get a response if you have any issues with your order!

Scam-won't return product

I was fooled by the ads. Purchased 3 bras. None fit. Immediately, the day i received contacted for return.
4 days later received a response. They offered $20 refund or I can ship back to China. I could have sworn I saw a WV address on the invoice email. Ive contacted Amex for a dispute.

Please read so you don’t get suckered

Where to begin? The item’s quality is subpar. Forget about their “satisfaction guarantee or your money back.” That’s a lie. I sent 2 email requests for a refund before finally hearing back. Once they did, the response was the the below. Please read and ask yourself which you would take - the measly $10 compensation or put yourself more in the hole by shipping this back to China in hopes of getting anything back but knowing you’re now assuming international shipping expenses. Horrible, horrible company. I personally requested the $10 back. We’ll see if they actually honor it.

Size chart wrong & no response to exchange

Ordered several jelly bras using their sizing chart. They were too small. Reached out immediately to get them replaced with a larger size. They sent an email that they were very busy with overwhelming orders and would get back to me soon with instructions. It’s been almost 30 days since I requested an exchange. Still no instructions. Then I look at reviews, this is a consistent issue. Very sad. I like the bra if it was a size bigger.
