Mark and his team looked after me so well throughout the whole process and I am very grateful. I would like to make a special mention though to Thomas, who was such an excellent support and showed nothing but kindness and patience during what was a very stressful time in my life. He helped to explain things clearly and was always at the end of the phone to help with any query no matter how big or small. My whole experience was so positive right up until the big moving day itself and I feel very lucky to have had such a smooth journey along the way. A big heartfelt thank you for all you have done to help me and I absolutely love my new home!

I was trying to release equity from my house. I started the process in late October 2025 with Simon Labrow. We met and went through all the relevant checks. He told me it would take about 2 months I was told second week in January 2026. In February I got in touch with him to be told he was working on my case and would be in touch later that week.
I texted him again the beginning of the second week in March to be told he was extremely busy and would prioritise my case that day, so I said to proceed. By the following week after I had text asking for up dates and had no reply just felt I was being ghosted I informed him I no longer need his services. Still nothing
I find this service to be unprofessional rude and disrespectful

Friendly and helpful service through the process of selling.

Curchods dealt with both my property purchase and the mortgage application, and letting them deal with both parts produced a very successful result.
There were a few hurdles along the way, and we were communicating from 200 miles away, however Caitlin and Sally were most helpful and professional, and we were very pleased with the way the whole process was dealt with.
