Everything worked great

Everything worked great. A friend had fallen in love with a clock that after much searching I found on cuckoo collections web site. Placing the order was straight forward. Delivery took a little over 6 weeks (exactly as it said on their website). I was a little anxious it would arrive in time so contacted them and they replied promptly to reassure me. There was a bit of confusion around paying the duty (about 18% of the price of the clock) but they sorted it out and reimbursed me exactly as they said on their website. Can’t fault anything about the process really. I’m a happy customer!
