Transaction went through on the website with free shipping. Once complete, a few days later they emailed demanding shipping at the same price as the product and refused to ship without extra payment.

Lousy customer service
Based on a CPGear preview of some very simple gear ordered the items. When they arrived they were exactly as shown, but completely wrong in terms of specifications. This company can't be bothered to do the research and then when the customer points out that based in their example the wrong item was ordered CPGear responds that the customer should have known better. If so then why bother showing an example.
