I ordered a Christmas gift on December 13, 2024. It was to be shipped by Flat Rate - 3-8 business days. I received an update on 12/13 that it had shipped already. YAY! Only all of the tracking said a label had been created and USPS was awaiting the package. Now it is late afternoon on 12/20/24, a week after the order was placed and the label printed, and USPS has still not received the package. I used the contact form on the website yesterday and received no reply. I tried to call yesterday and today, choosing every menu option, and reached the recording "customer service...does not answer" every time. At this point it is doubtful I will receive the gift in time even if they get it to the Post Office today. Thanks a bunch College Fabric Store (aka Fantastic Sports Store)!

Addition: I just noticed that they charged my credit card on the day I ordered whereas most companies don't charge until the order ships. Scam??

Also the product shown allowed for customization, but when I was able to call on 12/13 I was told they no longer customize. Very disappointing, but I knew that before I placed the order

I am grateful to College Fabric Store. When other places were out of stock on the KU fabric I wanted, they had it in stock. And when the package got lost in shipping , they sent a 2nd package to replace it almost immediately after I emailed them. The fabric is perfect.
I will use this company again.
