Came up as an advert on Instagram I won the box and payed £3 for delivery. I knew it was a scam when my card verification came up but then disappeared without me verifying. I will be ordering a new card and cancelling any future payments that they try to set up.

Still waiting for my order 2 years on.....

Ordered some coffee cups about 6 months ago, never received and never been issued a refund! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!

Disgusting coffee, would not recommend

Ordered in October. Told there were stock issues when order didn't arrive, but they would send next-day delivery as soon as it did. Order never arrived, and I never got another reply to emails.
Avoid this company like the plague, or any other company associated with the founder - which all seem to have similar issues when you check review sites.

Ordered thank you gifts for colleagues who had helped do vaccination clinics in the pandemic. Took my money mid December. Never heard from them again, no website now and email not replied to. Shocking. Money lost

Scam! Ordered in September, they were emailing me apologies and lies for the delay for a while until they stopped responding. Never received the items I ordered.

If I could give this company no stars I would , absolute dog **** and that’s offensive to the dogs

Never received any goods , claimed they would order and wasn’t in stock at the moment. ! £70 up the Wall !

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a complete scam, please do no order from them! Once you buy online and items don’t arrive, that’s when they stop answering your emails! Thankfully I paid through PayPal and was able to get my money back. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

Scam company. I placed my order in November and it never arrived.

Scam website. I paid and placed an order for an approx 15gbp milk pitcher, and they said they will tell me the tracking details, but that never arrived. subsequent enquiry with their customer service did not provide any resolution details as well. pls do not buy anything from this business!!

This company is a scam. There is no way of contacting them other than by email. They don't reply to emails. Sent the wrong item to us, we returned it for a refund and have never received the refund.

It's been over 6 months since I placed my order and still no product received.

Do not order from this website! I have had a horrible experience dealing with Coffee Box. Placed an order with them last November '21. It never arrived. Despite many email exchanges - initially they responded blaming various delays - they have now gone silent. No product, no refund. Terrible service.

Maybe one day we will get our order delivered. Reporting to trading standards as after placing the order and seeing other reviews it’s obvious this company has no intention of delivering our order.

I will be happy to update this review if our order is ever sent but I’m guessing no edit will be required

I also have received no item and have gone to paypal for a refund. I am surprised paypal allow this fraudulent company to trade via them.

I placed an order on 10th January. I followed up on Jan 23rd and had a reply to say it was shipping soon. I’ve followed up four more times since to ask for an update or refund and have received no replies.

Ordered oct 29th order arrived in November with items missing they promised me a refund finally in jan but I’m still waiting emails go unanswered avoid this company at all costs absolutely shocking customer service please do not waste your money they ruined a present for someone so I had to go buy something else
