I am a first time buyer at CBL and bought a stunning green and pink knitted jumper, which I just had to have. The colours were a little bit different from the photos, but this didn’t bother me. However, the stitching inside the jumper is a little off in places and I’m worried that it might become loose or will get caught in the future. I have received loads of compliments wearing it, though I do question it’s quality.

Ok - Ish service, returns take a while to process and the fact that you pay for delivery and returns is annoying! (Actually puts me off ordering in case I have to return the item)

I ordered a top from online and it came really quickly and really well packaged. Top was lovely on and have worn several time and quality is really good. I have read some of the reviews and they seem very unfair. Postage is expensive and as a small company they can't give things like that away for nothing they are a business after all. I think the postage price is fair and I would definitely buy from again.

I discovered this shop online, I have not visited as live quite a distance. I’ve ordered many dresses from coco I love the different styles and colours. The clothes are beautiful, honestly so stunning and the customer service is amazing! But as a UK size 12(mostly)/14 I find that even some of their largest sizes don’t fit me. Some do, some don’t it’s very hit or miss!
Returning is a farce as unfortunately there is no free returns.

I see in your reply you didn’t mention anything about the fact you have accused me (And other people leaving reviews on here) of ripping and tearing the items we are trying to send back because they were faulty !!! I think your completely missing the point, that’s an awful way to run a business and treat your customers.
You keep mentioning your a small family business, you have just bought a large new premises and employ more than just family members and a clearly doing well for yourselves ,.. it’s a shame you don’t put some of that back to your customers … refunding faulty items would be a good start.
Yes it’s true I have ordered a few things from you as I did like the style, I actually never mentioned in my first review that the first black body warmer I ordered came faulty, thankfully I noticed this before I took that tag off or I would of been knackered for that too, I also ordered a run DMC top that had a hole in it too, I quietly accepted your refusal to refund that, so the leather trousers were actually the 3rd thing that came faulty, so no wonder I actually expected a refund and am adamant I won’t shop at your store again or recommend anyone else to either.

I wish I searched on trust pilot before I bought … my experience is very much like everyone else on here when it comes to returning faulty items.
I bought and wore a pair of faux leather trousers for about 1 hour I literally came out the shower put them on and drove to work when I noticed the entire stitching at the crotch area had come away. I took photos of the huge gapping whole of the crotch area and emailed the customer services department only to be told as I had worn them they couldn’t be returned.
My argument that they are faulty as they fell apart after an hour of wear was falling on deaf ears as I had taken the tags off 🙈 I replied to say surely when people buy goods from you the expect them to last longer than an hour !!! It’s poorly made if it only lasts one hour and clearly faulty and wasn’t stitched right in the first place.
At this point I really had to push with her to move this forward, so I email again, she said send them back recorded delivery and we will have our seamstress assess them to see if they can be fixed and we will send them back, at this point I asked if I would be refunded for the postage as I would again be out of pocket sending them back to them. It was agreed that I would be refunded if they were faulty.
Fast forward a week no word from the company, I then emailed them to ask if they had received as I sent back recorded, only then they replied to say they had them.
Eventually I get an email saying the seamstress had fixed them but in her professional opinion I had caught them and ripped them myself !!!! They actually blamed me !!! Bearing in mind they were ripped the full length of the crotch I think I would of noticed … it’s hardly an place you can catch and not notice walking around the house and driving your car. It’s absolutely ridiculous a company just thinks it’s ok to blame you and say your lying when it’s completely obvious they have sold you cheap and nasty goods.
So because this “professional seamstress” said that I done it (which I categorically never !!!) they won’t refund the postage back to me, which they said they would. So I’m left out of pocket.
I know it’s only postage but it’s the principle of it, I too own a company and I would never ever treat my clientele this way, you have to be fair and accusing customers of tearing and ripping clothes themselves and refusing refunds isn’t fair of right.
No doubt she will come on and give a big long spew about how they fixed them as a good will gesture and blah blah blah but at the end of the day you should of fixed them and not sold me crap quality
I never leave bad reviews, in fact this is the first I’ve ever left that’s negative but that’s how strongly I feel about it as the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.
Beware when you buy it’s like a spin of the wheel what quality of products you will get are, and if they are faulty they won’t replace them and you have just wasted you money and a lot of time pointlessly emailing them. take my advice and shop elsewhere, x

I haven't been to the shop, as I live a distance away, however, I came across the shop on FB and ordered through the website (many times now!). I love there slogan "we got you boo" The clothes are so different, but great quality and I love the way the girls team them up on FB to show you how to wear them. I feel I know the girls even though I haven't met them! I will make a visit to Halifax some day just to say hello!

I paid £72 for a dress and wore to a wedding for a couple of hours. Lace became unstitched which was embarrassing. I returned as faulty in use as consumer advice advised and they accused me of damaging the item also like what it seems from reviews here they do this often. How sad, that customer service stoops that low to get out of keeping a customer satisfied and there rights. I will now take proceedings to claim not only the dress money but the postage to. Thank you huns xx what a joke !!

Avoid at all costs. Items are poor quality and they do not replace/refund faulty items.
Then they try to accuse you of damaging the item by pulling the button off!! Not sure why I’d do this just for a replacement jacket. It cost me £7 to send back and the response was I’ve done this to get a new jacket as the one I sent had a sugar packet in the pocket and granules!! I’m sure it would of been cheaper for me to just wash it or even get it dry cleaned rather than going through the hassle of damaging it and then sending back at a cost to myself!! Shocking customer service.

I only ever really write reviews if i am appalled or really excited about a place...but i couldn't be happier with this shop! I've bought a fair amount of clothes/accessories in store that I'm OBSESSED with and always had a very pleasant experience, the staff are always lovely and helpful which is a huge bonus. I'm also a bit anxious to order things online because of the hassle but thought I'd give it a go and thank god i did, it's saved me from having to leave the house in the current situation we're all in 🙏
All in all, great quality, great service (online & instore) and clothes that make me feel better about myself. Thank you 💕

Prices are expensive for the quality of the items. The styles are nice but they are all cheaply made! The customer service is not great at all and the delivery prices and returns are terrible. I really do not believe in paying to return and item, especially when it arrives and is different than described online! Overall I would not be buying from them again!

I don't usually write reviews however felt I had to give cocoboo their just deserts. I ordered a lounge suit which I had my eye on for a while.. due to the current situation the delivery was delayed but this was more due to royal mail rather than cocoboo. I was concerned about not receiving my item especially after reading the reviews but the customer service was spot on and they responded to me in record time. Can't tell u how much i love my lounge suit I've ordered another one which came without any issues. Only downside if there was one is they don't answer the phone.. Thank you cocoboo.. x
