Completely amateur.
We order a personalized collar and leash for our dog with the promise “within 5 working days”. It took 3 weeks!
If you email them, they ignore your request and you will never get a reply.
No tracking number whatsoever.
And they shipped it from the same fu*** ing city.
They just do not know what they do.
No customer service at all.
We had to go on holiday and because of their no sense delay we had to buy another temporare leash while already paid 55 euro for theirs.
Ridicolous.
Do not trust them!
