Ordered Laurent Perrier jerobaom 3L…

Ordered Laurent Perrier jerobaom 3L which stated it was in stock for fast delivery on the site. It wasn’t until I emailed to ask if I could upgrade my delivery to Saturday that I was told it wasn’t going to be available until after the weekend. Customer service was polite and I Appreciated that they offered me an alternative however the recipients favourite is Laurent Perrier and it was for their 40th birthday so had to stick with the original order. I was disappointed that I had to keep chasing for updates… a week after ordering there was still no sign or any indication of when we might receive it. Apparently they were awaiting arrival from France and still after a week nothing. Ordered a full refund which I still haven’t recieved and wasted over a week of time. Had to dispute the charge via my card provider so I could get the money back to order from an alternative website.

Still awaiting the Refund Money - after refund processed.

Attempted to buy an unstuck Jeraboom Veuve in November 2025 ahead of Christmas. Sadly they were awaiting stock. There weren't updates provided buy regular back and forth and in April 2026 we asked for a refund. They processed this but funds not received. Have asked for an ARN number to track it down with Stripe, but sadly gone quiet. Service was good until now hence marked down - contact person R--n
Disappointingly they were showing stock and I tried the chat bot, who said they had stock, but found it cheaper elsewhere, as we hadn't seen the refund money yet.

My uncle was reminiscing about a drink…

My uncle was reminiscing about a drink he used to drink 40/50 years ago and mentioned he hadnt seen it in the shops for years. I went online and found it at champagneone reasonably priced so ordered it. Ive never shopped here before but thought it looked reasonable so I ordered. The package was shipped quickly, I was updated on its progress and it was excellently packaged. It arrived in a prestine condition. I gave the bottle to my uncle and he was absolutely delighted. I highly recommend and will definitely be shopping here again 🙂

Ordering site was simple. One main disappointing was with the length of time it took to receive item. It was a pre order, but went well over the original out line date and minimal contact with out me chasing. Once depatched, received the following day.

Order took ages to dispatch and short

Order took ages to dispatch, just before Christmas. I wasn't kept informed of my order, in fact I was frequently misinformed. The problem was a wanted an extra large bottle of spirits, in the end I found out this was out of stock. So I agreed on 2 smaller bottles, but this worked out to be cheaper so I requested something of their choosing to make up the cost. This never happened, nor did I receive a refund. I wud be glad to give these guys a second chance as I suspect they were just too rushed at Christmas.

Poor communication about delay in orders

Ordered whiskey glasses well in advance of 70th birthday. Regrettably, the glasses have not arrived. When contacting the company, they informed me that they are out of stock and will only be available in a week’s time. A message that the item is out of stock would have been appreciated.
