Nothing less than perfect.
What a seamless, smooth experience! The rep (Josh H) was one of the most personable professionals I have interacted with in a while. My husband and I are very pleased with not the only the price offered, but also the customer service. Office reps were fantastic on the phone too.

Robert was the field appraiser that inspected my vehicle. He was very thorough and knowledgeable explaining the whole process. Drove test the vehicle and inspected the car one last time. Next we negotiated on a reasonable price, prepared the paperwork, signed, and handed me a check . It was a great experience.
