I recently returned from a trip to Spain using Budget Travel. I was very satisfied with the customer service. The girls were so helpful. I would definitely use this travel agent again.
Pretty simple and straightforward website. Easy to navigate. We will have to wait and see if the hotel and location are as good as they looked in the brochure. But Budget have a reputation to maintain and I expect that all will be well.
Booked online good price to Disney. Received a phone call next day to confirm the booking and the details of the trip also.

A bit early to say, all I have done is the booking, but response to communication by email was swift.
Just back from a short break to Rome. We had requested twin beds and had been told by Operations assistant Meghan Dunphy that she would contact the hotel to make request and that the hotel would do its very best to grant our request. Surprise surprise, we arrived in Rome to find a double bed and to be told that the hotel does not have any twin rooms available as it only has double rooms. If we had been told this when we contacted Budget customer service we would have changed to a different hotel that provided twin beds. But for the incompetence of Meghan we would have had a perfect holiday. However, will do my own booking in future.
