Great service and excellent choice for property investors
We have been working with The Bridging Group for a couple of years now and based on our 30 year experience in the industry, they have a flexible approach to lending, any challenges are met with solutions, we love their can do attitude. Although they may be beaten on rate, they will never be beaten on service, they have always come through for our property investor clients no matter how big or small the loan. They work with us and our clients always know what to expect, there are no hidden surprises like we face with other lenders offering a lower headline rate.
We would recommend them to any broker or property investor looking for short term lending delivered efficiently and with a common sense approach, give them a try.
