Spent over $150 for flowers for my mother for Mother's Day. I chose to add a $20 white "hammered" vase to make sure that the bouquet would be extra special for the occasion. The "hammered" vase turned out to be a cheap plastic vase. This is such a deceptive description. The flowers were not fresh and the bouquet was filled with mostly green filler, not fresh flowers. It was such a disappointing experience for me and my mother. Terrible quality!! Such a waste of money.

Well besides all of the confusion from Groupon and the Bouqs Co. . I never saw my Groupon bucks come off of the order? Yet my Groupon bucks are gone? Why??? We also have a ring doorbell and the delivery process was terrible. It appears that they went out of their way to not set off our doorbell so we have no idea how long the flowers sat out in the cold air at the edge of our porch before we found them. Then when we got them opened they seemed so compressed as if they were sat on to get them in the box. The whole process, just awful.

I put my subscription on hold last month because of funding but you still went ahead and sent them anyways and took the money !
#2 we live in AZ where it is over 100 degrees outside the flowers were left in the heat they were hot and wilting nobody rang the doorbell as my wife was there!
Waste of money
Since you didn’t honor my request the card has been blocked and I will find someone local!

Overall liked the site, would prefer if a photo sample was available for the varying sizes (less stems version especially). When giving flowers you don't want to be cheap but sometimes a few stems can still make a nice impact

I guess I wouldn’t even want the flowers as an option as soon as the website knows what area I’m going to send them to. I was able to swap them out super easy. So far, it’s been a great experience and would recommend.

Wonderful Company. My flower arrangement wasn't as fresh as it should haven been. It was a surprise Mother's Day Gift from my son, who has never ordered flowers for me before. He paid for Saturday Delivery too.
I contacted Bouq.com to let them know.
Jenschelle promptly contacted me, and is sending a replacement fresh arrangement.

For the price paid, the product quality was disappointing. I sent the flowers as a gift. The recipient reported back that the pink roses looked damaged and the yellow roses were over the hill already. The rest of the experience was fine.

The web page was easy to use. The initial flower arrangement I picked had one flower not available, so I had to pick a different one. The shipping cost of $25.00 was unexpected when I selected the arrangement. It would help to know that ahead of time.

Received a bouquet as a Mother's Day gift. Pathetic. Cheap plastic vase. It is embarrassing to call these weeds flowers. I can purchase better quality flowers and vases at Walmart and for less money. This company should be ashamed of lack of quality,value and care they show to their customers.

The bouquets are always gorgeous and long lasting. There was one bouquet that for some reason wilted right away. They quickly replaced the bouquet with another one of my choice without any fuss. Customerservice is very responsive and helpful.

The flowers I purchased did not look like the picture. The recipient send me a picture and there was more greenery than flowers. I paid for the the largest one available . I am extremely disappointed . A colleague recommended Bouqs- I will not be using again.

Flowers arrived timely . For an$80 bouquet, flowers sparse. Some of flowers in vase,others laying in bottom of box. After a few days,most were wilting. I wrote a review and actually rated a three. Received email wanting to know more about the rating. I clicked the link and immediately received reply that I was blocked. First time ordering from this company. I. want a refund as this was for Mothers Day. Guess there is no satisfaction guarantee with this company. Can you imagine being blocked?
