Really great experience overall.
The first item was lost in transit and they kindly shipped another, they were quick to respond and resolve the issue.
My only advice would be to perhaps send an email once dispatched but overall would highly recommend.

Still not recieved item or an expected delivery date or update.
Found out that the Company had 1st Class stamp on the parcel. Unfortunately the Royal Mail did not deliver within the alloted timescale. The company has been very helpful and sent another piece of equipment out. Also very friendly and considerate.
