Deanne's support was very kind and heart-warming, she helped resolve my issue very quickly and didn't take too long to respond. She answered all the questions I had, was very understanding, and left me feeling much better about my issue - my doubts had washed away when I received her email. She was also very sweet throughout the entire conversation. :)

I ordered from Boboshouse on a whim. I don't generally purchase shoes online however I am absolutely in love with the purchase I made! These shoes are comfortable and I have received quiet a few compliments. I will be back as a returning customer!!

Deanne was a big help as I thought with buying them way before the Christmas period I would be out of luck but Boboshouse took this into consideration that it was a present.

The shoes are amazing and she can’t wait to get her new pair!

The shoes I ordered arrived quickly after I ordered it and are so cute. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size and reached out to customer service and got the best help I have ever received in my life. The customer service rep, Deanne, was very kind and understanding all throughout our encounters. She helped me out greatly !!

The shoes I bought are so cute and comfortable too. I saw an ad on Instagram and I never thought I would end up getting 4 pairs but their site has so many cute designs! and Deanne even followed up with a lovely message!

First of all, I want to talk about the product. I absolutely love the shoe styles from your shop. When I received my order, I was so surprised—it looks exactly like the pictures! Truly amazing. The shoes are very soft, comfortable, and fit perfectly. This exceeded all my expectations. BOBOhouse is now the first shop I’ll think of when I need new shoes.

Secondly, I really appreciate your customer service, especially Deanne, who was so kind and attentive when replying to my emails. Although the shop is small, the quality—from the staff to the products—is outstanding. I'm extremely satisfied and truly appreciate your shop. My only wish is that I had discovered it sooner. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Deanne was really understanding and kind, I really appreciated how they didn't make me feel bad for my own mistake and I will keep this expiernce in mind for the future. I bought a bag last year that was 32£!! and it didn't even last a year properly because it's a cheap Aliexpress knockoff and they are a dropship company that sells cheap Aliexpress stuff for double the price.
Don't waste your money the same things are on Aliexpress for far more cheaper. You can try to flag my comment🤣 but it doesn't change the fact that this shop is a reseller of cheap AliExpress items.

They sell shoes from Aliexpress for double the price :) If you find them cute just get them for half the price there.

First of all I just want to say special shout out Deanne for all her help.This is not my first time buying from them and the shoes don’t disappoint they’re really cute and they’re also comfortable. However recently I had gotten my package stolen and when I literally had come to terms that I was not going to get it back. Deanne had help me stay positive and find a positive solution for me.Will definitely be buying from them again soon.

Super cute shoes but I found the same ones on Alibaba. Not sure if they are the same ones. They are also on alibaba express for way less.

Good products, arrive today after 2 weeks (even if they forgot to update the order's process page) and it's good quality! I'll just recommend to take one size larger, cuz it's a bit small, but still okay. I'll order again!

I purchased a pair of shoes from this company and got the wrong size! It was a gift for my son so I panicked and contacted Bobo's House immediately. The customer support was great and she was able to change the size for me. We received the shoes and my son really likes the design and the quality of the shoes. However, the pair we got did not fit him so I contacted customer support again. They have up to 15 days return and exchange period and they provided an address where I can return my son's shoes. They sent us the new pair and it fits him perfectly! I am so satisfied with my purchase and experience from Bobo's House and 5/5 rating would not be enough. Thank you Bobo's House!

Do not order from this company i have been emailing them back and forth for months and they finally admitted they lost my order and offered me 20% off another pair of shoes if i want to order another

Did not get the shoes I originally wanted since they sold out so fast, but instead got to swap out for these amazing green shoes and I gotta say they’re comfy so far, snug, broad enough for my feet, and feeling solid to walk in. Staff were super helpful and responsive.

Ordered sneakers for my daughter and myself and none of them fit. I emailed asking to exchange them for larger sizes and I received a reply stating it was “way past return date”. I received the items Dec.1- gave them as gifts Dec. 25 and emailed Dec.28. Not even past 30 days and all they could do was offer a%20 discount? I have shoes I cannot use. A waste.

I ordered a loungewear set that was advertised as 80% cotton fabric, and what I got was described on the tag as "chemical fibre blend" which really reflected with the quality of the thing. Super thin, more what you'd find on a cheap athletic wear shirt than loungewear. The colour was also a lot different than advertised. I usually don't return items but I'm going to return this because it's absolute crap. They shouldn't be allowed to write claims about their products that aren't true. I wasted my money here.

Edit: Looks like they took the set I ordered off of the website entirely. Still haven't heard back from customer service but we'll see how they deal with this.

Edit 2: They got back to me and claim that for "certain items" in the loungewear collection they use a third-party manufacturer, and weren't aware of the "labelling discrepancy". They say they're going to do a deep investigation. They gave me a full refund and a code for 30% off anything in their shop, though I may not use it because I'd rather not risk getting an item like that again. Changing my review from one star to two stars because of the good customer service, though I have a feeling that the fact I pointed out that false advertising about the material and design of the item is illegal helped speed along the process.
