Tried to buy an iPhone 16 pro max showed one price buy the time I got to the checkout they had added another £7 for some sort of insurance pushed the all the button got a deal done pop up had passed all the 3D banking to then receive a email that the order had not gone through and to re try I went back online to find the good condition phones had gone up by £35 and they would not honour my original price there is no way of calling them and they make it really hard to contact them so I won’t be going back to this company they have lost at least 3 phones deals as I was looking to upgrade mine and the kids phone

What a waste of time. Orderd a phone and didn't arrive on delivery date given. Then took a week of chasing up to try and get an answer, which was a lot of waffle and no real info, followed by more chasing up to just be told I'll get a refund in a few weeks. Do not use blackmarket they are useless and a waste of time.

Was Bought tab one gadget though accessories were missing when I reported to the customer care (Took 3 days to reply, no call option available) Was reply that gadet which a Bought was not new so call provide accessories 🙄

Terrible scam company! I decided to trade in my pixel phone with blackmarket, nothing wrong with it for £100. When it arrived to them they offered only £10 saying it was badly damaged! They sent me pictures of the damage and it was for the wrong phone! I got it returned to me and guess what, no damage. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY! Sent to envirofone in the end who were brilliant.

I ordered an iPhone through Blackmarket which was listed as 'good' condition. The phone is in a poor condition with a really scratched screen. Now I have to return it to music magpie (who supplied it). I will not be using Blackmarket again. I am unsure whether the problem lies with Blackmarket or Music Magpie but be wary of refurbished phones. This is a real shame because it is the best environmental option.
