Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely appreciate every opportunity to reflect on our service, even when the circumstances seem a little… puzzling.
After a thorough review of our records, we can confirm that no new customers were served by Black Fleet London on December 3, 2024, or during that period. In fact, we were exclusively working with our contracted clients and were not accepting new bookings.
We also feel it’s worth mentioning that Black Fleet London operates solely within the United Kingdom. While we pride ourselves on delivering a first-class experience, we’ve yet to expand our services to Romania. Our chauffeurs are exceptional, but they haven’t started crossing borders just yet (although we hear Eurostar is hiring!).
The experience described doesn’t align with the values we uphold or the professionalism our clients expect.
