Wrong item is my fault apparently

Ordered an item from them and they delivered something completely different. Despite me sending photos of the item received vs the photo in My Orders on *their* website, they still say they sent the right item and won’t refund unless I send the item back at my own expense. Let’s see what my bank say.

Also, on their own website, it’s all 5 star reviews and all have very brief comments - I somehow doubt these are genuine. There’s no obvious option to add your own review there.

SUPER SLOW!!

SUPER SLOW!!! I think they order from china when you place an order then forward it from Spain. It took them 8 days to "prepare" my order for shipment, even though everything I ordered was "available in the warehouse". When I tried to contact them to find out why my order was not shipped, it took 3 days, and opening a support ticket with several back-and-forths to get a vague "we're busier than usual" BS answer. Maybe hire more people, IDK. If you're always 'busier than usual', then you don't know how to manage your company.

Meanwhile, I ordered a tool from china, and it arrived BEFORE my BikeInn order was even shipped. WTF. Never again.

Worse than useless.ordered 2 Bike tyres +inner tubes +rim tapes on 5/10 .what could be more simple.so tyres arrived on 29/10. And no tubes or tapes .package was torn to shreds.so asked gls guy where's the rest "eh I don't know get in touch with them" so the sorry saga begins with this shower ."take photos of the package six off this and that and send it ." wot a shower of timewasters .25 days to get an incomplete parcel.i could walk it faster .my big mistake I didn't read the reviews .SO AVOID I know I will

Quality was not acceptable especially…

Quality was not acceptable especially for a children’s bike.

Sent it back and requested a refund within 14 days. They say it’s a warranty claim and that they have to wait for the manufacturer. This is not in compliance with EU laws. Payment still stuck with the company…

Do NOT purchase from this company

Do NOT purchase from this company. Bikeinn will happily take your order and money, but in my case no product was ever received. Order placed in Nov for Christmas. Product was never delivered to me, courier GLS sent it back on 6th Dec. Company continue to refuse refunding me.

Package damaged and no customer service

Package delivered to a different pickup point from the one I selected.
The package was damaged, poorly packed and protected even though it was an expensive and fragile product.

MISE A JOUR de mon dossier BIKEINN EU, après publication de mes commentaires négatifs, BikeInn a répondu et m'a demande de contacter par email leur SAV afin de traiter mon cas, je l'ai fait plusieurs fois sur plusieurs semaines et comme toujours avec cette société aucune réponse. Service extrêmement lamentable dommage que l'on puisse ne pas mettre des notes négatives.

Extremely dismal service, too bad we can't give negative ratings.

Terrible service

Terrible service, the website shows items on stock when they in fact aren't. My order has been delayed 3 weeks and it's been really hard to talk to a real employee.
The KMC chain I ordered is most likely a fake one.

Oder delayed without informing + unusable part

My order was delayed due to a missing part, they don't inform me. After 10 days I sent an email to know why the order was sill not prepared. I needed to remove the missing part by myself to finally get the order shipped. For sure I received the order very later than announced.
Then I received lock on grips with 2 missing rings, they are unusable

Terrible, terrible service

Where do I even start... I've made 4 orders from this site now and every one has had issues. The orders always take way longer than they say, and sometimes don't even get delivered. When contacting customer support they ignore all of your questions and give you the most basic information again and again, even copying and pasting the previous email on occasion.

On my final order I was charged more than the amount shown in the final checkout. I figured this would be an easy thing for them to sort. When I contacted them they refused to refund me for the extra charge. Isn't that illegal!?

Don't buy from this site. Spend the extra money and buy elsewhere.

Zero Warranty Cover or Customer Service

I bought a set of Zipp wheels from this company. The wheels are great, but sadly I wrecked the back wheel going over a pothole. Good news is that Zipp provide a lifetime crash replacement warranty. Bad news is that Zipp advised that the retailer has to check the wheel and arrange repair or replacement . BikeInn refuse to acknowledge the Zipp warranty, and have closed down my claim. No surprise they have the rating they do, and I'd strongly advise to shop elsewhere, no matter how cheap the prices may appear.

No clamps for the brake levers I ordered

This is the second time I have purchased from BikeInn/TradeInn. The first time was a good experience.
I recently ordered two SRAM brake levers-the image of the brake lever clearly had the SRAM matchmaker clamp included and nowhere in the information and specifications did it state that the matchmaker clamp was not included! The brake levers arrived after only 5 days which is fine with me, but the matchmaker clamps were not included! How am I expected to use my new brake levers without the clamps?Very disappointed this time with Bike Inn.

Total Farce - Never Again

Total Farce - NEVER AGAIN

I ordered an item, it never arrived and I asked customer service to find out why. They didn’t and said it would arrive it was just late.

STILL WAITING.

A day later also ordered 4 other items.

Two identical items were listed but I was later told they only had one. I declined other options but agreed on one with a partial refund.

That one item arrived but no refund.

The purchase of the other two items was split and no news on them AT ALL.

I also read I have to pay for any returns making this seller who is not cheaper is actually able to provide zero service with no downside to them.

Wasted days on non arriving items despite delivery notification texts.

No delivery coordination for items.

Money taken before items exist.

They allegedly can’t order out of stock sizes so it seems like they buy a bin of goods and when it’s gone it’s gone.

NEVER AGAIN.

Update: Refund received today but still no news on two late deliveries.
