We had our cargo bike fixed by two dedicated and very competent mechanics at Bikedoctor. The price was really reasonable for a complete master service. They brought the bike back to a perfect condition as good as new. Very good service and a nice experience.

Booked the service on Monday when my popal bike with a Bafang motor died. There was an issue with the connection between the battery and the display. They showed up today and were able to rewire my display in their van on the street by my house which was amazing. Alex was very knowledgeable about the Bafang motor and i am generally really happy with my experience with them. I really recommend

I booked an appointment to have the motor of my Triobike checked. Without even opening the motor, they told me it needed to be replaced, together with additional maintenance, for a total cost of 13,000 DKK.

I decided to get a second opinion and, after only 1,600 DKK of maintenance, my bike is now running like brand new.

I cannot recommend BikeDoctor’s services. Had I followed their advice, I would have spent a significant amount of money replacing parts that a more competent mechanic was able to fix for much less.

Update: George, who I believe is the owner, called me to better understand what had gone wrong. He apologised and offered to reimburse me for the costs.

Since everyone can make mistakes, I have decided to slightly improve my rating of the experience. That said, my feedback still stands, as I believe there is room to improve their troubleshooting process for motor-related issues.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! I booked online in under a minute, described the problem, and the mechanic came straight to my address — no dragging my bike across the city. He arrived exactly when they said he would (got an SMS 30 minutes before), diagnosed the issue on the spot, and had everything fixed quickly. The pricing is completely transparent — you know what you're paying before anything starts, and travel is included. Friendly, professional, and clearly knows his stuff. 100% will use BikeDoctor again and already recommended them to my neighbors. Exactly what bike repair in Copenhagen should look like.

Insanely efficient and helpful. I originally forgot about our appointment and left my husband without the bike lock key, but Bike Dr promptly rescheduled the appt for the next day. He changed our cargo bike tire and tube super quickly and even oiled the chain just because he saw it needed done. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Made an appointment between 8-16:30, should get a call or sms within 30 minutes before appearance, waited the whole day, but the mechanic-guy was a no show!
Didn't even get a cancelation by them - what a waste of time..!

Vasile from Bike Doctor came by to bleed my hydraulic SRAM brake. He did it quickly, cleanly, and with clear communication throughout the whole process. Super friendly, clearly skilled, and the brake now feels perfect again.

It’s incredibly convenient to have someone come to you – and the price was very reasonable.

Highly recommended if you need a quick and professional service in Copenhagen. I’ll definitely use Bike Doctor again.
