Ordered a shirt on 8/8/22 for an event…

Ordered a shirt on 8/8/22 for an event on 8/28/22...web site said plan on 10 days production...it has been 16 days and still no tracking so I guess it is still in production? whatever that means...I think offering speciality clothes that would probably be used only for a special themed event (like a Kermit shirt) would mean time sensitive customer service would be a good idea. Shark tank...who cares...where’s my shirt? I emailed and got the same nonsense reply...so sorry for the inconvenience...how about offering a refund and being up front on your website that everything takes a month to produce and ship...beloved...sorry unloved!

For made-to-order items, our normal crafting period would have 10 business days plus the 8-12 business days shipping period. We apologize if the tracking number hasn't updated immediately to you since it needs to be manually entered into our system. But I can guarantee that your order was shipped the day the production ends and you may be able to check this with your tracking information that has been updated today.

Right now, your order is already in shipment and we won't be able to process a refund since it is still in shipment. However, you can request to return the item once it is delivered. You may check our return and exchange policy page for this.

Again, we can help you with your request once the item is returned to us. Just let me know about your return request so I can provide full instructions on how to return the item.

Order #4117 - Made an order on August 4th, no delivery yet and no tracking. Ridiculous

I ordered a romper on August 4th and I haven’t received any tracking information whatsoever. I emailed the company and received no email back. Very bad customer service. When something is ordered, you should receive tracking immediately. It’s been 8 days and I have nothing. I have a party on the 19th and I was going to wear this romper and they don’t seem to care about their customers. I better get my order asap.

In response to Ely’s answer, their website doesn’t specify when something will be shipped after you buy something. You’re basically left in the dark unless you email them afterwards. Complete joke.

Horrible quality

Ordered a bathing suit and doesn't even look or feel like one, poor quality especially for what I paid for it. Will not be ordering from this site again. Do not recommend. Emailed company and they were going to charge me a restocking or if I wanted store credit definitely would not want store credit after seeing how my purchase was made.

Ordered the long denim jacket it took 3 months to get here and it looks NOTHING like what they show on their website. I would love to return and get my $$ back. It’s too small as well. VERY CHEAPLY MADE. Can’t seem to find a customer service phone number or any return information. Total loss of $60.00.

LIKELY FRAUDULENT

Ordered a pair of shorts 11 days ago for an event happening in 14 days and have not received any update on shipping. Wrote the company yesterday providing order details and asking for an update and still no response. 2-5 days for processing is standard but 11 days with NO update on a tracking link is absurd, especially in a non-holiday period.

Slow and unresponsive

I ordered a shirt through their website almost three weeks ago as a birthday gift and aside from an email acknowledging the order, I have not heard anything from them and when I sent a message four days ago asking what has happened, they did not respond. I'd suggest going elsewhere where there's more urgency to get orders out in a reasonable timeframe.

I waited three months for my order just for it to get sent to the wrong address… literally I’m so pissed 🤨 they sent it to Kansas when I clearly live in New York and I wrote New York as my shipping.

I ordered from them in the past and…

I ordered from them in the past and they went above and beyond and I got exactly what I ordered. It also came sooner than I expected as well I expected it to take 1-2 months but it took 2 weeks. The reviews here made it seem I would never get my order for months or that it would be shoddy work but that was not the case.

My only complaint now is that belovedshirts redirects to a new website. Unfortunately the new website is lacking features the old one had. In the old website you could customize both sides of your shirt or sweater and align it perfectly. In the new website you are only allowed to upload an image on one side and they don't even show you a preview.

I hope they go back to the way it was before or update this new website to be more intuitive as it was in the past.

Failed Outreach and Delivery

Ordered an item from the company over 2 months ago (Oct 6th, 2021) still never received either a tracking number OR the product itself.
The company then rebrands to just 'BELOVED EVERYTHING" without notice which removed both my login info and order information. The only thing left is the charge sitting in my account with no return.
