Never buy from them you pay for expedited shipping and they don’t do that. They take their time they are rude they don’t give a concrete answer on when you will get your merchandise they are the worst company ever. To deal with. All I ask is to get my merchandise on time and some girl by the name of Azaela kept going around the bush and giving excuses when the merchandise was going to be delivered when the boots are already paid for with the expedited shipping HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I want everyone to know what a horrible company and customer service this is avoid giving yourself a headache and loosing your money. Go somewhere else were is reliable and they respect and overall keep their word on what it says on their website.

DO NOT BUY FROM BEARPAW. I ORDERED FROM THEM WEEKS AGO BACK IN NOVEMBER AND MY ORDER HAS NOT SHIPPED. WHEN I CALLED TO ASK WHEN IT WOULD BE SENT, ONE PERSON HUNG UP AND THE NEXT PERSON COULD NOT TELL ME WHEN IT WOULD BE SHIPPED. THE WEBSITE ALSO NOW COINCIDENTALLY SAYS HOLIDAY DELIVERY NOT GUARANTEED, WHICH IT DID NOT SAY WHEN I PURCHASED THE ITEMS, IT SAID 3-5 DAYS. I DONT EVEN KNOW IF MY ORDER WILL REALLY COME.

Do not buy from them!! I ordered before Black Friday and received an email almost a week later that there was a 10 day delay. It’s past 10 days and the item still hasn’t shipped and now their website says no holiday shipment guarantee. You can’t be in business in 2024 and have this severe of a delivery delay and fulfillment issues. Buyer beware especially during Christmas time!

I bought my bear paw boots through bear paw Europe. I have now received a bill fo £23.67 from FedEx for shipment. This is because apparently as the Uk is no longer in the EU I am required to pay import tax. This should be hilighted to customers from the Uk. This is my 3rd pair of BP boots. The other two pair bought in the USA. They will be my last. Very unhappy!

If you order from Bearpaw expect to wait a ridiculous amount of time to receive your order!! I ordered on Black Friday for Christmas and it is now Dec 9th and still have not been processed! Bearpaw will not give me any information on timeframe so I know if I need to order replacement Christmas gifts. All I'm asking for is information on shipment date!!!

I order a new pair of boots every season for both myself and my daughter, never had an issue until my most recent order. I got two pairs during their black Friday sale and paid $70.99 for each pair. My daughters arrived with the metal fastener on one boot completely snapped in two. Obvious manufacturing defect. I contacted Bearpaw with photos and they offered me a $20 credit to take the boot for repair. Where would I even take it to repair something like that? Seems like a lot of hassle to find a place to repair when they could either repair or replace them for me. I bought directly from their website and the boots are obviously still in great condition, worn one time. I will update this review if they rectify this situation.

UPDATED REVIEW OF BEARPAW💖BOOTS! My EMMAS got a hole in the heel(After 2 years);under the seemingly all rubber sole there is a plastic grid letting water leak into ur boot!I searched for way to repair to no avail so I contacted BEARPAW & they offered me 40% off on new pair!LOL!I took the bait & ended up buying 2 pairs I'd always dreamed of owning for $79 TOTAL+FREE SHIPPING! I got the short"BOO"in charcoal with the long sheep hair,& the tall"KENDALL"in Hickory with sheepskin around ankle,top&down sides!They're FABULOUS&I got BOTH PAIRS FOR $79! ALSO⏩ RE:HEEL REPAIR on EMMA...I bought self stick sneaker heel"stickers"on eBay for $2👏💖&put them on the heel bottoms of my BEARPAW EMMA after filling the hole with SHOE GOO;then ran thin line of superglue around the"sticker"seams and VOILA´!It worked perfectly& saved my old boots!I have worn them in ❄SNOW,☔RAIN on long dog walks with NO LEAKS&they're still on tight like they were part of the original heel sole!👏💕💗😁P.S. USE BOOT WATERPROOFER ON UR BEARPAWS!!!

I ordered a pair of bearpaw trainers and they took 4 weeks to come. Having only worn them 3 times I went to put them on with the laces slackened all the way. The heal strap ripped the back of one of the bear paws and having contacted Pure Step(the company I bought them from!) They said their is no manufacturing defect so alas they will do nothing about the faulty trainers. I even enclosed lots of pictures showing the failure and this made no difference. Pure step keep asking me to give them feedback so here it is. Don't buy this poorly made product. I am very gentle with shoes and trainers and normally get 10 years plus out of a pair so worn 3 times and failed on the 4th time is extremely poor

Purchased a pair of Bearpaw Max men from Amazon. There is nothing to complain about with these shoes. They fit well, feel great and look great. Will purchase again and recommend.

I bought Amy style and the top opening is too small to slip my foot in. So disappointed. Never buy online.

This is a scam! Do not pay anything in advance, you will loose your money and don't get what you ordered!!!!

Ordered via the bearpawshoes.eu website on December 16th. Website clearly stated delivery within 5 days, I.e. before Christmas. 24 days later I am still awaiting delivery. Company refused to cancel order and refund me, despite the fact that their parcel tracking system shows my package still hasn't left China yet. Perhaps each pair of boots is made bespoke?

Update: Day 38. Order still not delivered...

Update: Day 40. I received a delivery today - it was the wrong package. I was expecting a pair of Bearpaw boots, but instead received what I assume is a fake Cartier ring.

I think I can safely conclude this is NOT a legitimate business...

My order was canceled almost three weeks after I placed it and I was notified by an email that said I requested the cancellation myself. It was really confusing as a customer to learn about my order this way. Then they apologized for their mistake miscounting inventory and offered a coupon. I will not be purchasing from this site. They didn’t even take the time to create a email template related to my issue, waiting 3 weeks to tell me about the problem and sent a coupon. No thanks. If BearPaw is trying to compete with the Uggs of the world, they need to step up their customer service because my hot take is that you get what you pay for and I got a cheap customer experience.

I needed to cancel an order less than 24 hours from the time I ordered, they confirmed the item had not been picked for shipment yet, but they refused to cancel and refund my money.

I placed an order over two weeks ago with 3-5 days shipping an still haven't received my items l will never order from this company .

I love the height of the boot. What needs serious improvement is the inside and bottom of the boot. My feet are soaked and the lining shifts. When I contacted the company, I was told that the boot was not intended for prolong water exposure, yet they are called "winter boots" and are supposed to be "waterproof!" This is not acceptable for a boot that's a year old and cost $100+!

I've been wearing BearPaw boots for about 13 years. The quality in their books has really gone down. I'm not sure when it happened, maybe during the pandemic. But one pair used to last me years with everyday use during the cold months (I had one pair last about 5 years). They were warm and made well. Last year (2022) around Christmas, I bought a pair of the regular short boots and then my dad bought me a pair of the cheap Walmart boots that look very similar. Wore them both equally and my BearPaw's tread/outsole split where the boot bends when walking on both feet after just one year... And the Walmart boots are fine. So your telling me cheap Walmart boots last longer than $80 BearPaw's now. Unacceptable for the price!
Went to look for a new pair this year (2023) because I'm a creature of habit and I noticed the sole is made eve cheaper this year. Plus every time I tried on a boot in the store, a bunch of the lining on the inside would come out when I took the boot off. This never happened before. I did NOT buy another pair unfortunately.
Cheap, cheap cheaply made!! Poor quality!! Just like everything else because of "inflation" supposedly. Quality has gone way down, but price has stayed the same or increased. Very disappointed.

59 us dollars for mens moccasin type slippers lasted only 3 months soles became unglued don't waste your money on Bearpaw garbage the $14 walmart one's last longer at 1/4 the price.
