Excellent customer service, highly recommended!

I have to say this is the best tool I’ve used so far!!! Amazing results and visible improvement right after!!! My client loves this technique and very happy with long lasting effects. I am in the beauty industry now for more then 35 years and I am very pleased to have it!!!

The lifetime warranty replacement was super easy to use! They were incredibly friendly and helpful and it didn’t take long at all.

I am happy they were easily able to replace my device. There were no concerns or hick-ups! The device works so well! I noticed my skin sagging during the month I was not using it!

I purchased an Eneo Advanced at a health trade show and it stopped charging after about 10 months of minimal use. I called customer service and they gave me instructions on how to email them to get a replacement and that the replacement is free. After following the warranty instructions (videos, receipts, etc) I was informed :
“The replacement of the device is free, the customer is just responsible for the processing, shipping, and handling which comes out to $119. The $119 ensures that your replacement device is delivered to you promptly and efficiently and allows our customers to receive a lifetime coverage without any additional cost for the replacement.”
I love how they say it’s free but forget to mention it actually costs $119. Ridiculous for what I paid to have the device last less than a year and then have to pay $119 to get a new one! I do NOT recommend this product or company!

This device is a life changing. I got the eneo advanced and it is easy to use and the change is noticeable from the first time

Just got a brand new replacement for my Eneo Totale. Fantastic device!
Avologi was extremely helpful and processed the warranty with absolutely no problem at all. Highly recommend the company and their products.

Was so incredibly pushy. Kept on saying that they’d give us ‘special deals’ when the product is still $11,500 or whatever abysmal price it is. The video we were shown shows women with already amazing skin, and the ‘before and after’ photos were obviously airbrushed. Apparently ‘NASA approved’ but showed no proof of that. Told us we could use the product on our DOG? Laughable. It was obvious that they needed a certain amount of sales a day, any way they could. After admitting we could not afford the product they seemed genuinely shocked that we didn’t have that much money to spare, and kept putting moisturiser on our faces trying to change our minds. (We didn’t, this product was not purchased) .Kept on asking us if we ‘are sure’ we can’t afford it, which felt so rude. eventually had to stand up and leave with a firm and final ‘we can’t afford it’. This is NOT how you sell a product! So disappointing as there are some genuinely good reviews, but as two women alone, we felt uncomfortable and unsafe.

This experience was one of the best in my opinion because:

Jackeline S was quick to respond to my initial email with clear steps to initiate the repair of my device. After a few days, I sent the documentation to her and with no questions my approval as complete.

Today I called to complete payment for the repair and Shirley was pleasant and professional in offering additional products and transferred me to Jackeline S.

Overall, I was treated with excellent service from your representatives…professionalism, competency, and kindness. It was a 5 star experience and this team truly represents the quality of your Avologi brand that your company strives for. Thank you so much! Lynn

Thank you for the great customer service. Communications by email were prompt and very detailed and easy to follow instructions. Communications with staff were great as they were both helpful, provided great details and were pleasant to speak with over the phone.

Jaqueline was so helpful about my issue of not having the charger to my product. She immediately called her manager and made it happen! She truly had excellent customer service and support. I highly recommend you and Jaqueline for all of her genuine help.
