I am happy they were easily able to replace my device. There were no concerns or hick-ups! The device works so well! I noticed my skin sagging during the month I was not using it!
Stopped charging -they want $119 to replace it
I purchased an Eneo Advanced at a health trade show and it stopped charging after about 10 months of minimal use. I called customer service and they gave me instructions on how to email them to get a replacement and that the replacement is free. After following the warranty instructions (videos, receipts, etc) I was informed :
“The replacement of the device is free, the customer is just responsible for the processing, shipping, and handling which comes out to $119. The $119 ensures that your replacement device is delivered to you promptly and efficiently and allows our customers to receive a lifetime coverage without any additional cost for the replacement.”
I love how they say it’s free but forget to mention it actually costs $119. Ridiculous for what I paid to have the device last less than a year and then have to pay $119 to get a new one! I do NOT recommend this product or company!

Just got a brand new replacement for my Eneo Totale. Fantastic device!
Avologi was extremely helpful and processed the warranty with absolutely no problem at all. Highly recommend the company and their products.
Pushy & Scary
Was so incredibly pushy. Kept on saying that they’d give us ‘special deals’ when the product is still $11,500 or whatever abysmal price it is. The video we were shown shows women with already amazing skin, and the ‘before and after’ photos were obviously airbrushed. Apparently ‘NASA approved’ but showed no proof of that. Told us we could use the product on our DOG? Laughable. It was obvious that they needed a certain amount of sales a day, any way they could. After admitting we could not afford the product they seemed genuinely shocked that we didn’t have that much money to spare, and kept putting moisturiser on our faces trying to change our minds. (We didn’t, this product was not purchased) .Kept on asking us if we ‘are sure’ we can’t afford it, which felt so rude. eventually had to stand up and leave with a firm and final ‘we can’t afford it’. This is NOT how you sell a product! So disappointing as there are some genuinely good reviews, but as two women alone, we felt uncomfortable and unsafe.
