I paid almost $500 for xl fabric set up with a 25 gallon flex resivoir. All the components together probably cost them $20. The biggest problem was the resivoir leaked all over.The resivoir came with a inertube patch kit. That should have been my first warning.Luckily I only put in 9 gallons in the resivoir. When I reached out to get a replacement I was told to take pictures. Im sorry but when I came back to the room I had gallons of water every where and taking pictures was not really on my mind. The hole is small but I didn't spend $500 to have to patch a new product myself. That's like buying a new tire with a leak and the guy tells you fix it yourself. By the way this setup was more expensive than a tire. l I'll just dispute the charge so they can have the headache of dealing with the bad deal they created.

Great product and amazing service. I called with a issue about irrigation line and the rep resolved it for me and sent me free line. They are fast and friendly, with an amazing product and equally amazing customer service. Highly recommend for an easy to use and set up watering system.

Great customer service super fast shipping

This company has got it going on! I recently ordered some replacement parts for a hydroponic system and mistakenly ordered the wrong ones. I reached out to their customer service and spoke with Luke and Manny. I explained my situation and also told them that it was complicated because I was not logged into my account on their site when I placed the order and therefore had no record for them to easily access. I was able to screenshot my PayPal transaction and that was all it took. I received an email back from Luke within minutes, 1st clarifying my intent so they did not send out the wrong replacement parts and then a second email advising that not only did they ship the replacement parts out, but they were sending a prepaid envelope for the return of the other parts....all on trust and good faith! It seems in this day and age nobody wants to stand up for or back their products but these guys aren't just anybody! I will continue to purchase my needed items from them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone seeking an AUTOPOT system or replacement parts. Thank you Manny and Luke.
