Everything works well. No problem to buy update subscription for Autel MX808 that comes bought from Polish dealer store (EU version and distribution).

Surprisingly good

I want to be honest, I was scared at first to order and uncertain let's say, I was surprised! Although I did constantly message with staff and probably owners of the site, I still received attention and received the code I was looking for, I had ordered an activation card (Yearly) for my father's MaxiCOM device, I can tell you all that the customer service is good and did talk with us. Overall I would shop again but you do need to interact with the staff a bit.

Very frustrating,although I am less than a week into my very worrying experience.So On the 14 February 2026.1 Use my Debit Card and Spend 1125 Euros on an AUTEL Scanner.Then no Order number.I see on my card the money has gone to Autelshop.de.I message them. No REPLY,So also no Tracking nothing.I read very mixed Reviews online.I will keep messaging.But I fear the worst

OTOFIX D1 PRO One year update

Great and fast service. I bought the Otofix D1 Pro one year update and then asked to change the language to Finnish, now everything works as I wanted. I recommend

No warranty on failed product

Not a EU shop.
After a week 1 sensor failing out of 4 and they wanted me to send it back to China for checking.
Higher shipping cost then bying another one.
No refund no new sent out even If I sent proof of the failed sensor.
Will not buy here again.
