Had a routine boiler service by engineer Damian. The whole visit was perfect. He arrived within the booked time and started to work immediately. He appeared to work efficiently and swiftly. He was very friendly and polite through the whole time and left no mess to clear up. I will continue to use Aura for all work of this type.

Annual boiler service, Alan the Aura engineer was punctual, professional and simply a nice guy. Would definitely recommend.

When we had a new boiler fitted a few years ago by Aura Heating we also set up a service contract with them, this covered the boiler for breakdowns and the cost of the yearly service.
As usual we received a call a couple of weeks before the service was due to arrange a suitable date.
Aura’s engineer arrived at the agreed time and after asking us about any issues we had, set about the service checks. Once completed the engineer left leaving the area clean and tidy.
With our experiences dealing with Aura Heating we are more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

They were referred from Leap and did a great job at improving my heating system by servicing the boiler and replacing my radiator valves and thermostat. Arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves.

First annual service for ASHP. Covered by service contract. Engineer was on time ,well equipped and efficient. Very satisfied with Mitsubishi machine which has worked well.

The engineer did not arrive between the specified times we had to phone to be told he would be with us about 4pm when we had a morning appointment it would have been nice to let us know that he was going to be late, as we had to stay in all day
