Damien provided a professional boiler service on his visit today. He was polite, friendly, respectful of my property and explained the results of the testing. I also appreciated the text to say he was on his way.

Easy to contact customer service to request appointment changes, or for any queries. The service Engineer (Stuart) was polite, professional and did an excellent job. He talked me through summary of what he did during the visit. He also left the electrical cupboard, where the boiler is, very clean.

Mannie was on time , polite and efficient .

Damian was brilliant as usual, fast and efficient, fixed a small issue and only had 1 cup of coffee!!

Boiler serviced under annual maintenance contract. No issues found. Alan also replaced a leaking radiator valve with no water spillage.

Damian was (again) very efficient and helpful at servicing the boiler and communicated all he was doing, offering to follow up again with outstanding tasks he had reported at the last service which still haven't been addressed since the boiler was installed 3 years ago. 5 stars for Damian minus two for the rest of the service unfortunately.

We have been with Aura Gas for 20 years and have recommended it to many of our friends. We have a maintenance agreement which has been well worth it.
Whenever we had problems (and we had many that turned out not to be the boiler) they came promptly. Eventually replacing the gas supply pipes. The engineers message to say when they are on their way and are polite and friendly, especially Damien who came today to service our boiler, and I have got to know over the years.

Great company had my boiler installed 9 years ago and have had regular yearly services the latest being carried out by Alan today - can’t fault the customer service and Alan was polite professional and a pleasure to deal with

Our Combi-Boiler was installed by Aura in 2019 and we have used their yearly service contract since then. No issues at all with any of the engineers who have serviced the boiler since installation; all have arrived on time and have been very proficient, clean and professional in their work. Today Damian arrived to service the boiler and add more Inhibitant. He was very friendly, polite and happily answered any questions I had about the Inhibitor. I always recommend Aura Heating to anyone I know and will continue to use them in future. 🤗
