We booked a nice holiday on Cyprus. One of the three accommodations was dirty and so cold, that we had to wear our winter coats to stay warm. We managed by being away with the car and by dining in restaurants. We tried to solve this problem with the company, but they stood not open for feedback and solutions. They promised us a refund in one of the discussions, however, at the end we a glass of wine was the only compensation we got. Much time had wasted with endless discussions. That is a pity, because the other part of the arrangements went perfectly well.

So far, very helpful and quick to respond.

Unfortunately we were not very satisfied with this vacation. We booked a fly and drive with &Olives, but had to book the car ourselves (for significantly more money) as they couldn't find a car for us. 1 hotel (Estalagem Encumeada) that they booked for us to stay in for 2 nights was so bad (terrible sewage smell in the hotel, unfriendly staff, uncomfortable beds, and the breakfast room was so cold we had to stay bundled up to eat, and mold in the butter!) we left and stayed somewhere else (at our own cost). We opted to fly out of Duesseldorf as it was cheaper, but ended up having to pay almost €400 for luggage (which we we told was included).

They get 2 stars because 3 (of the 8) hotels were very nice. Pestana Churchill Bay, Aqua Natura Bay (which I specifically requested for 2 nights) and 1905 Zino's Palace were beautiful with wonderful food, comfortable rooms, and very friendly staff. Solar de Bica had friendly staff but rooms were a bit small. Hotel Como and Dom Pedro were clean but the beds were not comfortable, food was only ok, and it was loud. You heard people coming and going at all hours.

Maderia was beautiful and the food and people were lovely. Highly recommended going, we would not recommend using this company.
